We dined at the Lewiston Lodge recently and guess what - they served canned vegetables! It's harvest season for crying out loud and they chose to serve canned veggies. Yuck! Not quite sure I'll go back for another helping.

We have a cabin about 45 minutes away from the Lewiston Lodge and every time we come up north we make the drive for the food! Always upgrade to the Michigan salad because you get this delicious maple dressing. Also, the rolls and maple butter are yummy too. I have been there probably 25 times and with a variety of... More

This is a quaint little rustic lodge right on the lake just South of Lewiston Lodge. The value for the price is great. The rooms are small but functional, clean, air conditioned, and T.V. My phone and their Wi-Fi both worked at this location. I would stay there again.

Great view. Food excellent. Up north must. Wonderful eating while gazing at the lake. Minutes from Garland Golf course. Anything from steak to pizza. The staff is friendly and fast. Clean with an up north feel. Prices are reasonable for food and drinks.

Clean, family friendly, fair value. Met hands on owner who has run the property over 20 years. First stay which happened to be the 4th of July weekend, 2015. The units are small, clean but adequate for overnight stays. We will return as it provides a quiet clean place for us to sleep while visiting family. You do have cable,... More

Cancelled our reservations on us. Didn't tell us until we drove 5hrs to get there. Horrible customer service. they pretty much told us we were out of luck. We were starving so decided to go into the restaurant. worst choice. 45 min wait and there was no one even in the restaurant.

Love Lewiston and the Lodge's restaurant. Except the water is really bad on the lake. When we showered, the smell was so bad. Seems like they have a water softener but haven't put any salt in it. I went to buy water in the machine but it was out of the water. So I went to the bar to buy... More

Our experience was positive all around except for two things - the beds are VERY firm and the water reeks of sulfur. The smell is so bad that we had to open the bathroom window when showering or the whole room would smell like it and it made me gag when I brushed my teeth. I mentioned it when we... More

A friend and myself spent two wonderful nights at this " lodge". We loved everything about it. The owners and their staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant had great food- I would highly recommend the cheese crusted fish ! Our room was large and comfortable with a queen sized bed and bigger than normal refrigerator. The grounds are beautiful,... More
