We had 7 adult family members that wanted a place to stay on Mackinac Island for 3 nights. Cloghaun was just right for us! The location just off of Main St was convenient to everything the island had to offer, but still quiet and restful. The porch is a wonderful place to people watch, listen to the clop-clop of horses...

This was our first time at the Cloghaun, we came with a group of friends that has been staying here for many years. The Cloghaun was a magical experience for us, on Mackinac you are able to genuinely let go of the world for some time. After disembarking Star Line shuttle we walked a total of may two blocks to...

Every year after Port Huron I stay at Cloghaun. It is my favorite and the staff is the best! Love it! The grounds are amazing this year! Great job Paul! Miss Marty but the staff is keeping up! Located most conveniently and a gorgeous dwelling. The island is heaven!

Greeted at the door with a "Welcome Home" and genuine smile - it was lovely! Clean rooms with original antiques, kind staff, delicious breakfast (fresh fruit, juices, coffee, tea, quiche, rolls). Orderly rooms with private bathroom. Located on Market Street, the proximity to the ferry and Main Street is perfect. We fell in love with hearing the horse sounds on...

Our first visit to Mackinac Island and a wonderful choice to stay three nights on the island. Great location. Lovely home in every way. Staff very personable yet didn't smother us as many innkeepers can do. We had one of the balcony rooms upstairs and enjoyed a great view of the streets (carriages, bikers, tourists) and water in the distance....

The Bed and Breakfast was very nice and our room was very nice. Great place to stay and enjoy the Island. This place is very close to the main walk on the Island. The breakfast in the morning was great and great innkeepers very helpful. Will stay there again

We stayed several nights at Cloghaun and had a great time. The home was several blocks from the ferry docks but is only a short walk. If you have a lot of luggage, you may wish to ask to use the wheelbarrow on site to transport your belongings. The location was just off the main street so it was very...

This lovely building was built in the 1880's and is still in the hands of the same family. The location is a block from the Star Line terminal and about equidistant from the Grand Hotel and Fort Mackinac - in short nearly perfect. Breakfast is excellent but more in the line of a buffet than most B&B's. There is no...

We stayed at the Cloghaun for our honeymoon and it was a great experience. The room (we had the Anita room) was cozy but very clean and charming and our bathroom was quite large and comfortable. The room had a ceiling fan and also decent wifi. The housekeeper was very nice and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our bags...
