Upon arrival we requested a ground floor room for the sake of my husband’s knee, and we were accommodated with a nice, clean, ground floor room with sliding glass doors to a patio area. The continental breakfast included the usual items: scrambled eggs, sausages, bread for toast, cereal, coffee, juice and more. After we left we were contacted about an important cord we forgot. Very thankful for that! All in all a good experience.

Yes, the hotel is dated and shabby in places but our room was clean, spacious and quiet. The king bed was comfortable, shower hot. We were told right away that if we needed more towels just to ask. We had a second floor room and there isn't an elevator but the pool, game room, ice machine and stairs down to the lobby are all accessible with inside corridors. Bonus was the restaurant located inside the hotel. Good, hot food. When compared to other hotels in the area, including the casino, the price was fabulous and worth it. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was a little pricey compared to the actual amenities.
Pro’s Continental breakfast at the cafe Comfortable beds Outside the main part of town so less traffic and noise.
Con’s Had to ask for more towels and ask more than once Had to wait around for a plunger and was told another room was using it….so we only have one in the whole place? The chain locks look like they would come out with very little effort (the screws are literally hanging out of the wall) The bedding is very inadequate (no warm blankets) Shower head is for people under 5’ tall and the water vacillates between warm and scalding. Parking lot is inadequate in the wings for the amount of rooms.
Overall I’d wait for a good deal to rent a room here again. $162 a night was just too much for the state of things.

This place is high in price but very cheap in accommodations 2 towels per room it looks as if they only clean the bathroom and make the beds. Due to COVID-19 you can pick from three small options for breakfast that they provide everything else you have to pay for. If at all possible spend a little more or drive a little further.

Thank you for sharing your experience at our hotel. We apologize that we couldn't meet your expectations. Due to COVID-19, we have made several policy changes and one of them is limiting the number of towels and amenities in the room. However, our staff is dedicated to provide excellent customer service and all the amenities and more towels are available upon request. We will use your feedback to make improvements for you and other travelers in the future. We're grateful for the business that you gave us and we hope you would give us another chance in the future to show us our better side.

Checked in at 1:30pm turned the Air Conditioner to 65 and left to go have lunch with my niece then went shopping. Got back to the hotel room at 6:30pm and my room was just as hot as when I left. I called the front desk and told them I was informed that she would contact the owner but she didn't know when he would be here to look at it because he was playing golf. 20 minutes later the front desk lady is knocking on my door and was told that the owner wanted her to take a picture of the air conditioner to make sure I had it setting right. I told the lady I'm 56 years old with breathing problems and I know how to set it. I told her that I was going to have dinner with family and wouldn't be back until 9pm or after she asked if it was alright for them to cone in the room while I was gone I told her yes that I need cold air. I got back at 9:15 and its still hot in my room so I go to the front desk and ask what was going on she told me that the owner had notified her that awhile ago that he was on his way from town. I asked if there was another room that they could move me to and was a king room on the second floor I informed her that the reason I was on the first floor was because I'm handicap. At 10pm she informed me that the only thing they could do was move me to the other room or give me 10% off the room I have. So I said in other words the owner isn't coming. She said the were short staff and he worked all day. I told her that's is the owner and should be available 24/7. The more she talked the more upset I got. I told her that it was bad business when golfing is more important then guest. I will never stay here again.

Outside this hotel is ugly! Thankfully inside is much better. The rooms are a tad on the smaller size, but perfectly acceptable. A nice Queen bed that's nice and soft. I slept very good a small dinning table with 2 chairs. A mini fridge and microwave. A decent sized tv. The lighting is a little dim, a center room light would have been nice. The room was very clean. In the bathroom the vanity is small, and the tub is prefab, however at least it goes to ceiling and doesn't stop at 6'. I wish the Hallway wall and door and more sound proofing, but between rooms seems good. Also the blackout curtain could be better. The pool and hot tub are decent.
The service was very good and friendly. They have a complimentary breakfast that is cooked in the onsite restaurant, Oli appreciate that. Sadly I didn't try it because of plans, but still good on them.
Overall a 4 1/2 star review. Compared to a Hotel/Motel for a smaller town and the issues being so minor, I'm going to round up. Would I return? Yes, good value and a good room!

The desk clerk was friendly and accommodating, however, the facility was very dated and dirty in hallways and outside of the building. The room was dated but clean. The continental breakfast was limited in food choices, but the serving and eating areas were clean. The motel is in need of a serious update inside and out.

After reading the mixed reviews, I was a little nervous to try this hotel for the first time. I was glad to see that I had no need to be nervous. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast provided was perfect. During these Covid times, you don’t find hotels that offer a hot breakfast like this. I will be back due to the customer service and the comfort of this hotel. Give it a try! The management is always making improvements! You won’t be disappointed!

This place was a mess. Run down, musty-smelling old place. Wifi was negligible. rooms smelled musty and old. The sliding door to nowhere opened but the screen fell out every time you opened the door. The best thing about this place was the USS City of Milwaukee right across the road.

Didn't feel safe there. The outside door on the side of the building was not key coded (or locked) so anyone could enter the building. The swimming pool also was unlocked and open to anyone. I wouldn't think that would be safe for children. Our room didn't have a smoke alarm. The base was there but no actual alarm was attached to it. Breakfast was nice. Price was good. Rooms were clean and the staff was excellent.
