We had to take our luggage ourselves to out room, you do not have enough people to help. The food was terrible, the potatoes was undercooked, the meat was all dry and tough The aircon in the room made a terrible irritating noise and could not be used the footpath to the room was poorly lit!

Lodge was lovely with two swimming pools and nice manicured grounds. It really looks stunning with a few tame black faced impalla around the grounds.Staff were friendly and helpful. The only option for food was buffet. Always lots of food and some great options. Both breakfast and dinner were good quality. We stayed for 6 nights and put on a...

If you travel from windhoek to etosha this is the perfect stop just around the corner of Etosha. Not rushing to be in the park before the sun sets. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast and dinner buffet and beautiful Swimming Pools. Nice for families, couples, oldies... everyone!

We were so looking forward to this 4 star hotel. The facilities are great but the staff don't seem happy and engaged - with the exception of the safari guide who was excellent. Buffet service was average. Bathroom smelt of sewage. Gnats from the thatch were dropping onto the bedclothes. Not a happy stay

This lodge is just outside Von Lidenquist Gate, Etosha. The closest town is Tsumeb. The staff are friendly and customer service oriented. The room was spacious with a large bathroom. The lodge has a spa, tennis court, gym, reptile park and two swimming pool and a bar. We went on a guided safari in the afternoon which lasted 4 hours....

We showed up here at the last minute since the park gates had closed and our original lodge was inside the park. This place is right outside. Very friendly staff. The rooms were nice, quite modern. Didn't spend much time here though, had breakfast and headed in to the park.

Excellent service, extremely helpful and cheerful staff. Especially guard Paulus made us smile every day. Good facilities, nice (and clean) pool, gym is bonus. Reptile park also very nice. The plants & trees attract many nice birds. We actually saw 8 new sorts of birds we didn't see in the park, amongst others African paradise flycatchers
