Very pretty and special. Garden rooms - wake to the sound of the birds. Friendly staff. Very clean. Well priced. Would be great to visit in summer to use the big pool - looks amazing. Breakfast was well done - simple yet tasty, rooms clean. Very nice

When we arrived at the hotel, there had been a rather bad thunderstorm with lots of rain, which resulted in the electricity not working for a few hours. We were allocated a garden room (nr. 1) which was located next to a small power unit that made so much noise that we could not hear ourselves talk. We then switched...

We love to stay over in the Graskop Hotel, and feel inspired by the art throughout the facility, especially the artist rooms. The location is great, and the breakfast one of he highlights. Really enjoyed our stay as always!

Quaint little hotel in the middle of town. There was a lot to be liked, not least their artistic profile and the cosy rooms. The breakfast was perfectly adequate though not over-abundant, and the reception staff kind although a bit lax. However the whole experience was pretty much ruined by us shivering through the night. There is no heating and...

Excellent all-round service, appointment, value and position. Will certainly visit the hotel again when stopping over in Mpumalanga. Lovely gardens and enjoyed the friendliness and sense of humor with the waitresses.

Found the large variety of art work fascinating especially St Francis overlooking the gardens which were lovely even though it was winter. The food, I am a vegetarian, was simple and tasty with an artistic touch of greenery or flowers from the garden. Loved the cat and dog reminded me of home. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would revisit...

I booked with a tour group for 2 nights and the hotel was notified that there were 5 vegetarians on the group. The first night nothing had been prepared for us veggies and we were offered an omelette served with the vegetables from their regular menu. I asked for a vegetarian meal to please be prepared for the next evening....

Generally we like this hotel but there are few things that would be easy to do for improving: 1. Checking in is far too late (2pm) 2. We were wrongly informed by the receptionist on sites to visit 3. The bar is ugly. There is a very nice salon but nobody use it because the bar is in another place.....

Room facing the street are noisy with log hauling trucks on and off all night. Rear rooms are quiet. Hotel was happy to change my room after a disturbed night's sleep. Pool was closed for the winter which was a shame as it was hot and we were looking forward to a dip. Food in the restaurant was fantastic quality....

We book an artist room and got room no.12 which did not meet the expectations we gathered from the website. On the first morning there were no hot water. We were concerned about the traffic noise as we were in a room facing the street, but it turned out ok
