Hotel is just next to the Airport Limousine Station. Arrived at the hotel at 9am and was allowed early check-in without any charges, a relief after 8 hours of flight time. Hotel staff were very informative and friendly, providing guides and directions to places that I wanted to go. Good breakfast spread, including local Korean foods.

Good location. Hotel staff are polite. Strong wifi ( Internet ). Cleanliness is excellent. Staffs are not really helpful enough. The coach can't stop in front of hotel due to their low portico. Food are just like average compare with same grade hotel.

No adequate heating makes the entire stay a misery. Only the chinese restaurant serving very spicy food was available for dinner. Luckily, I only had to stay 3 nights. Bonus point: The bus terminal taking you back to the airport is next door.

Plus: it is right by a bus station, so one can easily access the airports. Big plus: the bed is very confortable. Didn't want to get up in the morning. Minus: Suwon is a satellite city of Seoul and there doesn't seem to be much there by itself. So it shouln't show up on your radar unless you're there for...

We traveled with our baby and stayed at the hotel 4 nights. After staying at several hotels around Korea, I would say it is definetely very good hotel. Beds are comfortable, pillows of two types (i prefer smaller one and it is offten a problem). Bathrooms, towels were clean, toilet with all those fancy things. We stayed in a room...

We didn’t know what to expect as the hotel booking was made by our sons future mother inlaw We were there for the wedding in a few days time. The wedding was in the hotels wedding venue, it was great, so well done and very professional. On arrival we were greeted by a very nice gentleman ( sorry I didn’t...

This hotel provides excellent services, very helpful and has good english communication. However, it is located quite far away from any subway. The nearest subway is the New Suwon City Hall Station, which is 20 mins walk away. I would recommend walking to the station and shop abit, then take a taxi back (cheap). It is also 20mins drive from...

The rooms here are not fancy, but very clean and comfortable. Desk service is quite good. It is definitely a 2 or 3 star place (a 5 star rating would be ridiculous), but it is a good value, convenient for that area and well maintained.

Fitness center for men only, as well as the sauna. The room is tiny. Public areas aren't extremely clean. Chinese restaurant in the hotel is awful and insanely expensive. The only good things are: -US power outlet in the room -The shower

Maybe if the hotel was not marketed as a five start hotel, I would have rated it higher. I stayed there for 10 nights as part of a professional delegation. I stayed in two different rooms, both were comfortable with good beds, good lenin, and nice bathrooms. The strange thing is lack of natural lighting in this hotel. The hallways...
