Hotel's Favourite
We've stayed at the elegant La Perla before. Staff are friendly, rooms are comfortable, breakfast is good, and it is walking distance to the best of Leon. The presidential suite is big and elegant, and features it's own balcony with seating.

It was close to everything , super clean . Staff was welcoming and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and very well take care of . The pool although small perfect for the hot weather. Will definitely stay here on my next trip.

Hotel La Perla is centrally located, offers clean bedrooms, and has very helpful staff. In particular, Milton was really great and even facilitated a Cerro Negro hiking reservation. Breakfast was good too. Recommended for travelers spending some time in this colonial town.

Very nice hotel in the city centre. First night we had a room without window, next day we changed to rooms next to the pool, very nice and comfortable (with window). We could change the nicaraguan breakfast for a continental one, which was very good.

It is not my first stay in la Perla, I really love to sleep in the most comfortable beds ever. Divine dreams. Feel like a real goddess sleeping in soft clouds, difficult to describe in words. Excellent costumer service. Gratitude!

Very attentive-kind staff, well appointed rooms, tribute to old Leon in every aspect of their decor, decent breakfast. Ive stayed in many hotels in Leon, this hotel in my opinion, is the only 4 star hotel in the city and the price although relatively high for some, is well worth the comfort, hospitality, security and location this hotel offers.

I recently stayed here on a work trip. My colleagues were hesitant to stay here since they stayed here in January 2020. We learned that the hotel was renovated in Summer 2020 so we figured we would give it a shot. The hotel itself is beautiful. I loved eating breakfast in and relaxing after work in the courtyard. The rooms were so beautifully updated. It was my first visit and I was impressed. My coworkers who stayed at La Perla before said the renovations made the hotel so much nicer. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy, air conditioning ran cold and the showers had wonderful water pressure. Staff was attentive too! La Perla is located convenient to city center. This was nice! My only tiny complaint was the food. The restaurant attached to the hotel had a very very basic menu, but the front desk gave great recommendations on where to eat nearby. The breakfast was a "Typical Nicaraguan Breakfast" of eggs/ham, rice and beans, plantains and cheese. The breakfast was good....I just missed my fruit. Would stay here again!…
