This beautiful countryside B and B exceeded every expectation .... I would like to rate it a 5+. I was concerned about being outside Bayeaux but no problem...quick drive into Bayeaux tand the meals at Ranconniere were superlative and affordable....works of art, really. W Our room was very spacious with a well outfitted bath , including a deep tub. Stone floors,...

Wonderful place to stay. Each room is very different. Price is way to cheap for the experience and facilities. Can't recommend this hotel enough. Highlight of our trip to France. Very friendly, family run.

Nice quality place - and it's own integral restaurant with excellent cuisine. Very calm establishment, lovely just to sit outside and enjoy the regular air-displays by the many birds including swallows etc. in the courtyards ! Apart from D-Day beaches, there is all of Swiss-Normandy to explore - about an hour to the south.

What a beautiful relaxing place! Great staff as well. The restaurant is OUTSTANDING! The best meal we had during our whole 8 days in France. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended if you want to stay in the Normandy area.

Very nice place in a small town. Stayed in the tower suite and it was absolutely beautiful! Both dinner and breakfast was amazing, probably the best dinner I've have in a long time. Would definitely stay again for a longer amount of time.

We booked the Ferme de la Ranconniere through Brittany Ferries - getting the ferry and hotel in a deal. On arrival we were asked if we would like to be upgraded, free of charge, and stay in a junior suite in their sister hotel Manor de Mathan - situated within walking distance. We asked what the catch was - in...

My wife and I stayed at the Raconniere for my birthday weekend in April for three nights and we had a fabulous time. The hotel is well presented with beautifully maintained gardens and an excellent restaurant. We ate in the restaurant on our first and third nights and the food is high end and truly delightful. The breakfast is typically...

We stay at Ferme de la Ranconniere during our trip to Juno Beach and Beny sur Mer. Prior to our trip we were hoping to stay at a historical building and then we came again this place. We were fortunate to stay in the tower suite which had a second bedroom in the tower (pictures included). Supper was amazing, casual...

We stayed in the rooms a few minutes walk from the main hotel. The rooms were large and furnished with classic old pieces. As you'd expect the bed was comfortable and everything worked in the room. The food was excellent and the staff welcoming and helpful. This was one of the nicest places and hotel I have stayed at. I...

This was our lunch destination during our tour of the Normandy D-Day beaches. The hotel and restaurant are beautiful, service was great and our lunch was really good. We were on a "tour" with a small group. Our meal was pre-ordered for us but I think we were all very pleased. I would highly recommend for ambience and a really...
