Just home in Ireland and we have had a great break in this hotel, all four of us! We stayed this week with our 2 small dogs. Beautiful location. Gorgeous food and went beyond welcoming us and our dogs. 5 dog family's stayed this week. We could have all our meals with our guys the option was there when booking...

We stayed at Ferme de la Ranconniere recently, the restaurant was very good but on one November night the heating and hot water failed, we raised this with the hotel but was met with lack of interest and no apology. The following day the heating was still not working but they did provide a room heater

Visited this summer for the second time and was not disappointed. This is still a terrific rural, quaint and charming village Inn of a hotel. Fantastic rooms go hand in hand with a magnificent restaurant with fantastic food and wonderful service. If you are visiting the Normandy Beaches and want to make a wonderful weekend or couple of day stay,...

We stayed for one night in October for our wedding anniversary. The junior suite was very comfortable with a nice sitting room separate from the bedroom, with very good facilities. The setting of the hotel, on the edge of the village was lovely, especially on a mild autumn afternoon with the sun shining. The restaurant was excellent, warm, with a...

I have rarely given a hotel such high Marks. There is absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. From the room to the restaurant. The hosts were wonderful. Food great. We will always cherish the memory of our stay.

Excellent location for Bayeux and the War beaches. Level of accommodation is superb, all of the staff are incredibly helpful and very efficient. Restaurant provides great ambience and varied menu to a very high standard. All in all, somewhere special to stay and where you want to return time and time again!

I would probably have given this hotel a 5 but because when we checked in we were told we would be staying at another property 1/2 a mile away. This was a little un nerving but the Manor de Mathan that we stayed at was nice, quiet and comfortable. The room was spacious and had great heaters as it was...

Several years ago I stayed at this hotel twice and loved it but I was rather disappointed by a recent visit. What was once a very charming hotel has now become a successful formula - business-like but not particularly welcoming. The rooms are nice enough though somewhat pricey for the standard. The breakfast is excellent but we were charged extra...

Rented a car and drove out to our hotel which turned out to be a 14th century farm converted into a hotel. Grounds are beautiful and you certainly get the full Normandy experience when driving around Crepon. With Caen and Bayeux not far away and with equal distances to Rouen and Mont st Michel the location is ideal for exploring...

This may be one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, and we are well traveled. It is in a beautiful country setting. There are cows and chickens, and the grass is lush and green. You can hear the churchbells ring in the distance. It is truly as if you have stepped back in time. But the hotel...
