My family stayed at this property for one night as we traveled for his dance competitions. I found the staff at this property friendly and helpful. The pool area was sufficient for my son to use in his "downtime." I LOVED the studio suite, our only choice when I had to modify the reservation from two to one night. Although it was a studio room, it was very spacious and accommodating. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept like a "rock." The only two suggestions I have for the hotel are to get a smaller, more travel-sized hair dryer (the one in the room was large and heavy to use) and it would be nice to have a bit more of an expansive breakfast. Otherwise, it was great, and when we travel to this area, I'll plan to stay at this property again.

All aspects of hotel were great . All staff members went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay . Breakfast and dining room were outstanding , I would have to say one of the best hotel experiences in recent years . We travel about twice a month . Will be heading back , next time maybe we can enjoy the pool and fitness room , which we did not have time for on this visit . Looked very nice .

This is an older hotel that needs upgraded. There is NO hot water at 0400. After the first day I called the front desk and they obviously know about this issue because the clerk hot nasty about it and told me to let the water run which I did and after 15 minutes the water is only Luke warm. This is no exaggeration here, this problem was everyday and forced me to change my routine just to have hot water. I spoke with a housekeeper about it and although she was extremely nice, she knew about the problem. I was to be there 24 days but after 12 I checked out and went to the hotel next door which doesn't have a kitchen but they do have hot water. I travel a lot and have experienced a lot but this one ranks #1 for never stay here again. After 5 days I ask for my room to be cleaned and the answer I got was they might get to it today or not. Unacceptable, never again at this hotel and I recommend not staying here. …

Booked almost 2 months in advance. Check in was simple enough but everything was horrible. A/C barely worked, couldn’t get room below 75 and microwave didn’t work. Called front desk and talked to “Sharonda” or “Lakeisha” or whatever her name... ohhh what a waste. No maintenance people on site, I’ll make a note and then it hung up on me. Went out and bought 2 box fans to help with the heat. Upon going to bed, realized gold out bed was completely broken and worthless. Slept with mattress on floor.... too tired at that point to go elsewhere. Ben a Marriotts Reward / Bonvoy member for years... maybe time to take a look at Hilton?

Staff was the best feature of this hotel. Smiling and friendly no matter the time of day. Arranged for multiple family rooms to be close together. Maid service was helpful with cleaning times for days we were in and out at odd hours. Pool clean and child friendly. Kitchens well equipped for light meals.

Enjoyed my stay. Very large rooms with kitchen, living room and a bedroom. Hot breakfast buffet in the mornings (scrambled eggs, sausage, cereals,oatmeal, bagels/muffins, pho and rice). They have a social hour in the evenings from 6-7 (pizza or desserts depends what day it is). The only complaint I have is the shower cold to luke warm water.

We had two rooms booked with Marriott points. The staff arranged rooms that were across the hall from each other. Parking was plentiful & you can park near each entrance (key pad entry required). Easy check in. Rooms were spacious & clean. The rooms we stayed in had king bed in one room & pull out sofa for grand kids in the other. The rooms were quiet- this hotel is near, but not next to freeway. I didn't use the pool (indoor) but my grandkids said it was nice. Breakfast was excellent with many choices- this was the first time to a hotel for the 4 grand kids & they had lots of fun making waffles. Checkout was easy

We chose to stay in this hotel due to the amenities and type of rooms they have . We stayed in a 2-bedroom suites for my teenager daughter , one puppy and one cat and I. The hotel is within walking distance to shopping area , cinema and restaurants. All the Staffs were very friendly and accommodating, from the front desk, housekeeping to kitchen staffs. They all will go over and above their normal duties to meet their guests requests. They all make me feel like I am home. The breakfast buffet has variety of selections. I like the miso soup the most! :-) We stayed for 10 days and we had an amazing stay. I am highly recommending this hotel to my family and friends. I actually booked this hotel in my vacation next month to North California :-)

If you want to turn off yourself a little bit from work and relax, this hotel is the best. Located in a quiet street in Novi, Michigan. The hotel was very clean, and the customer service i got there was the best.

We stayed here while in town for the State Tennis Tournament. When we arrived, there was a sign on the desk welcoming our team, and saying good luck. The hostess was very friendly and helpful, both on arrival and departure. The hotel was quiet, the facility has a pool and fire pit with cozy chairs. Breakfast in the morning was hot and well stocked. The room was clean and comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
