It was fine, and next to my convention. Needed a car to go anywhere else. Fireside lounge restaurant was very good, but limited menu. View from my 6th flr room was basically just the roof of the convention center.

Restaurant staff rude and unknown charges. Staff stressed and closing early when we are in the middle of a convention. Rude customer service and not friend experience. Unsure if I will ever return or not.

Another excellent stay at the Hyatt. I always choose this hotel when I need to stay in the area. Immaculately clean, friendly and accommodating staff, a variety of choices on the hot breakfast menu and I usually find the on-site bar and restaurant to be a popular place to enjoy a cocktail or juicy cheese burger. The best maintained, clean and consistently enjoyable experience at any hotel I've ever stayed at.......really!

Very nice hotel, I think deserving of the top rating. Clean, modern rooms. Very nice breakfast, bar, and restaurant on premises. Lots of restaurants very nearby within a couple of miles. Connected to the convention center making it very convenient if you are attending a conference. All in all, for me, it ticks all the boxes. Will stay there again, if attending a conference in the area.

The staff at the Hyatt Place is the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever experienced at any Hotel. This will definitley be my hotel of choice when I come back to Novi. The room was clean and food and very very good.

This hotel is connected to the Suburban Collection Expo Center so it is very convenient. Lots of local restaurants and close to the expressway. Nice hotel, helpful staff. Highly recommended. Shopping nearby too, 12 oaks Mall, Fountain Walk, West Oaks, Novi Town Center.

Hotel was a great location, as we were there for Home and Garden Show. Wish there was an easier way to get from hotel to show without walking outside because of truck and trailer traffic. Internet in our room was horrible. We called twice. The first time manager came up and said he would call IT guy. Asked if we wanted to transfer rooms but we had already unpacked and needed to get downstairs for event. He offered $50 discount. We got internet that morning but when we returned that evening it was out again. I called and the women at the front desk said she would contact IT. They never contacted us back and it still never connected. Our data network also didn't work well because we were near a stairwell. We were in the farthest room from the elevator. Could have placed vendors a bit closer knowing we would have long days and would be carrying supplies back and forth every night and morning. Breakfast was wonderful everyday and the pool was nice, clean and well kept. Rooms were clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable. Could use more counter space in bathroom near sink. It has a 2 tier countertop which if your short can be hard to reach. Doors don't shut on their own so make sure you check your door is closed. Liked the added safety in elevator that requires room key but don't forget your key or you can't use the elevator to go up. It does work without key to go down. Only 2 luggage carts so check out was hard on the last day of the event waiting for a cart. …

I was there for a history conference. I was so happy that it was a pet-friendly hotel. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and spacious. Very quiet, even on a Friday night. The event venter connected to the hotel was really nice. The breakfast was great. I really enjoyed my stay.
