A decent hotel with great staff and location. Convenient to shopping (Walmart) and restaurants. Rooms overlook a nice courtyard. Decent restaurant and bar. Only downside was I was near the pool where there was community swim lessons going on.

There were a lot of restaurants around the area. Very nicely kept I felt bad that they couldn’t find enough people to work. Once the free money goes away I am sure the hotel will find enough people to work again.

As a business traveler, when they say breakfast starts at 6:30 A.M. you expect it to be close to 6:30. when you go to the breakfast are at 6:35 and are told they are in the back preparing the food, there is a problem. his is the second Hilton brand hotel this has happened in in the last month. Is Hilton having financial problems?

Rooms always clean and staff goes out of their way to be friendly. Plenty of towels. I received a friendly greeting as was able to check in a little early. Close to shopping areas and restaurants. If you've left something behind there's many close shopping options.

Went to hotel mainly for indoor pool. Found out it’s rented out 7 days/week to a swim class group that occupies it. They should be clear of that on their website that’s it’s not available. Very disappointed in this and will probably be the last time we stay there unfortunately.

I am sorry you mis-understood the pool situation. The group uses the pool during the week and the pool is never closed during that time. This hotel is in serious need of a remodel! The carpets are all disgusting! The room had a strange smell that they attempted to cover with chemical smells. There is only one elevator and my room was in the opposite side of the building. The staff was not friendly. No cookies or welcome water even though I am a diamond member. I would stay far away!

For a Hilton-Doubletree property, this one is a bad showcase. Walking in the main entrance, all four receptacles were overflowing with trash. Large broken tree limb in the courtyard. Sun umbrella just laying on the concrete. Horrible layout. One elevator and my room was a mile from it. The room was completely uninspired. Never again.

The room was dark and dank. No fresh air and no ventilation. The original room design was for the patio door to open; but it was bolted shut. Our guess was due to crime. Low powered bulbs in the room kept it dark. Old technology in place to “save energy “. Pool was being used for swimming class every day. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

I’m sitting in the lobby waiting for a room. I was told rather rudely that check in was at 3:00 pm. It is not yet two. My wife had gotten an e-mail saying the room is ready? I asked for a king…nope. This happened the last time I visited here. The person ahead of me got the same treatment. We are Hilton honors diamond members and are usually treated like gold, especially at the higher end Hiltons. So am I an enfranchised snob? You bet. I love being a diamond member. This place is cheap but not up to the usual standards.
