Facility is nice despite false pretenses you are provided. Most inconsiderate management I have ever encountered. Prior to booking a family suite for 6 adults and two grandchildren, we reviewed our options closely and made several calls to clarify amenities. We knew we were traveling during Covid. Reserved this facility so we could be together as a family and enjoy the pool and Hot Tub as advertised. Upon arrival found our suite to have two queen beds and a half of a sofa sleeper. Try sleeping 8 persons in those accommodations. Had to make trips to the front desk for adequate linens. Discovered Hot Tub had been closed and filled with cement 2 years prior! To enjoy the pool, you had to secure reservations for the pool by the hour. Never informed - just asked to leave once we entered the pool with the grandchildren. We were then offered a time slot of 10:30-11:30 pm. Having two 2 year old grandchildren…..Seriously???? Hotel has over 200 rooms. Can’t imagine what their process of pool usage was. Despite calling and assured they had reinstated hot breakfast buffet, imagine standing in line to be handed a bagged breakfast. The one hotel employee heated and served each individual breakfast. We stood in line for over an hour. Shared concerns with hotel management in writing. No response received. Shared concerns with IHG corp, assured our concerns would be addressed. To this date, several months later, no response received. Very disappointing.…
Rooms, location fine. Pictures show a spa and pool. What they don't tell you is that the spa is closed and the pool requires a reservation (COVID of course) and the use limited to family members. Breakfast buffet? Forget about that one lady running the kitchen and you have to line up and wait for her to serve you. Of course mid stream she ran out of food, so with a line of 15 people she had to go back and scramble the eggs and make the sausage. Keys dont work. But the best part of our experience was having another guest walk into our room since he was assigned the same room. Hot mess this place is
I booked a reservation for 8 days for my family of 5 for a 2 bedroom suite ($1400). After driving 10 hours we arrived and I went in to checkin. The receptionist informed me that there was a miscommunication and they did not have my room. She stared at me with a blank look on her face I assume waiting for me to say ok and walk out. I asked if they had any adjoining rooms. No. She said they had rooms but not together and we could have those at regular price. I asked her to call her manager and see if they could discount the rooms since we would not be together. The manager said they couldn’t. I that point I did say ok and walked out. Terrible management and terrible service
My husband and I stay here for one night, I just wanted to share that I was so happy and pleased with our suite, everything looked just like online. Very clean, spacious, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. I liked it so much that I would love to stay here again. I cannot comment on the breakfast part or any of the amenities due to not being available or open to the current pandemic that is going around. This room/suite was worth every penny. Absolutely, excellent quality!!! Needless to say I loved it.
We have stayed here several times, and it seems to have gone a bit downhill. There was a leak in our bathroom from the suite above. We told the front desk about it, and they didn't seem too alarmed and didn't follow up with us about it. There was water on our bathroom floor and the kitchen counter after the person upstairs used the shower. The pool area didn't have any towels, and I had to call the front desk twice to get someone to bring them over. The microwave/stove nightlight wasn't working in our kitchenette. TV had some channels in Spanish and another one for the visually impaired. WTH?? Suggestion: Put a trash can near the pet walk for doggy poo bags We love the spacious suites, but the hotel needs to up their game with customer service.
