Beautiful areas and a few 100 feet from the campground you have access to some of the most beautiful waterfalls in the area. The sunsets on Lake Superior are breathtaking. Note: there are no grates for cooking on the firepits.

Camped for 3 nights, Sunday through Wednesday. Walk in sites are close to water pumps which is handy. Carried food and gear in 2 canvas gags and 2 totes. We put food back in the car each night but could leave totes stacked under picnic...More

The sites were supposed to be rustic, yet you were still stacked on top of your neighbors. And the vault toilets need to be emptied out.. badly. The constant screaming of small children made our stay a lot less relaxing... From 6 am to 10...More
