and the room which was gvn to us was dirty. Bedsheets were not changed from months i guess. I asked them to change the bedsheets n all. Then only we were able to sleep. After that we were asked for dinner at 7.45pm but till 10.30pm we didnt recieved any food even after so many followups. After that we recieved food which was pathetic. Their chef was on leave and odr staff cooked it. I would not serve that food to even my dog...burnt onions half cooked chicken fat chapati. Chicken was smelling raw. Somehow we managed to eat daal as we were so tired. When almost we finished then they gave rotis. All the staff were drinking in pantry area and we were just two memebers in that place so we didnt say anythng. There was no bonefire organised for which we paid. Then next day we went for trekking. The tents and sleeping bags were provided by them were in so bad condition and quality totally useless. If there is cold you will die out of cold. After coming back from trek we wanted room to get fresh and have bath. They asked money per person. That too when we already booked our package and were staying there. We asked owners number and the manager Ajay +91 9882192325 said talk to me iam the owner. That guy has no sense how to talk and treat their guests. He was so rude with us. And was saying bad words in his regional language.I wanted to call police. We were just compromising and suffering in terms of room service food and trek since we checked in their. When i contacted my travel agent Ajay told him there are 100 people we can not give rooms but the fact was there were only 5-6. For every single thing they were charging everybody. Other people went and said we will take bath at our home and left. But we needed to get fresh as we had to leave for delhi. After waiting an hr we were gvn a room. Totally thankless people they were. Please i strongly do not recommend this place. May b it was my bad day that i experienced such a bad service.

We stayed here for a night on our way back from the Triund trek. We were too tired to go anywhere and stayed here. The room is very basic but we were looking for hot water and comfortable bed/blankets which we got. Had a very good sleep. We had dinner here which was fresh and delicious.

This is a place in a location away from the hustle and bustle of the crowdy markets of dharamkot and McLeod ganj. The hosts are very polite. Visited this place twice and could notice the changes and improvisations they brought in last one year. Also it's the base camp to begin your treks to triund, kareri lake etc.

On our way to the indrahar pass we used this guest house as a wash and change spot. The surroundings are amazing, with a large parking lot but the rooms itself was sub-par. It was mouldy but the bathroom had hot water. So for our purposes it suited us fine however I would not stay here overnight. The food we got the on the onward journey was sufficient but upon our return the kitchen was being white washed and we did not get any food at all! NO COMPENSATION either. Not to mentioned that they promised to get a car to take us to the market to eat which also did not show. OLA did not work here and it is best to have some contacts handy.

We had booked two rooms in advance. However, when we reached, they were only able to give us one room. The towels and bed sheets were dirty. We had to ask multiple times for small things. The food was also bad. You should avoid this place, as there are so many other places to stay in mcleodganj.

We planned a trip on new year and realized that we have made a big mistake. We coudnt complete the triund trek n came back midway. But these people were so accommodating that even though there was a new year party going on and they had sent all our food n tents on the trek top, they arranged another camping site and provided snacks, dinner and breakfast as mentioned in our package despite the fact that we did come back to the resort. Very friendly people, always on their toes, excellent management and good services. The best thing in the worse!

Considering the rent the owner charged us, I would say its decent place to stay. Of course, the owner needs to improve his service like someone here mentioned that toilets were dirty, they didn't change the bedsheets. I also want to add that they didn't even provide towels. And there is only one guy to serve everyone and of course, he is not being to do good at all. But the good thing is the location, you get a very good view of the mountain peaks and Buddhist monks are residing very close to the place. Also the place is quite peaceful comparing to other places and also the rooms are quite big but unfortunately old and not well maintained.

The location of the hotel/guest house is perfect...but the owner is not keeping a track of hygiene or cleanliness. The washrooms were dirty and so is the bedcovers and pillow covers. Totally disappointed with the hotel stay so we checked out the next day.
