My wife and I spent two nights at the Carriage house. We stayed in the Tiffany room, and it was both beautiful, and comfortable, and we slept great in the fabulous bed. Friendly host's, and a great location (an easy walk to the downtown restaurants).

Very hospitable owner, and breakfast was good quality and tasted great! We felt welcomed and very comfortable. We celebrated our 1 year anniversary, and it was perfect! My husband and I plan on revisiting in the spring :)

We had a lovely one night stay at the Rochester Carriage House B&B. We stayed in the "Filly" room which was more like a one bedroom apartment that had a kitchen. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable with very nice linens. The courtyard area was so relaxing, we actually sat outside and read until the... More

Made a online reservation for their "Filly's Pearl Suite" in March of this year for a visit in August '15. Two months later the owner called to tell me that "they had decided to move me to another smaller room to accomodate another couple"..... even after I had explained that I needed the room I had booked for my handicapped... Dear Ken, With any business there are technology issues that occur, this was one of those situations. We ended up in a double booking situation. We called both parties and explained the situation. In order to accommodate both parties we reached out to you on several occasions months prior with no response. The other elderly couple who was scheduled to... More

This b&b is an ideal spot for a romantic getaway. It has beautiful rooms and a spacious chefs kitchen in the commons area. It is tucked away for a more private experience, but is still within walking distance of downtown. The inn taker was extremely friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we... More

You cannot see this Inn from the road. It sits behind an apartment complex. There is a combination electric lock to open the gate. Trees and shrubs mask any view of the apartment complex from the Inn. The grounds have an in ground pool and pond with ducks. The Inn is very close to everything in Rochester. You could walk... I loved the warmth of the environment, the preservation of history and the attention to details. I will be returning on my next family visit and I am looking forward to seeing Don and Nancy again and exploring this lovely area.

I booked a room at the Rochester Carriage house for my mother who was coming to town to visit. The Carriage House staff were on hand to greet us and provided excellent, personal service for her whole stay. The house itself is lovely and within walking distance to down-town Rochester. They do not serve a traditional hot breakfast, but they... More

Stayed the weekend and enjoyed the serene atmosphere. Bed is so comfortable I didn't wake up all night. They have food and snacks available anytime you get hungry, you just help yourself. The rooms are nicely furnished and clean you just feel so pampered like sitting on a cloud. What a treat!

I was looking for something romantic to do for my lady, so I did some research and found this place nearby. The website looks beautiful in a very nice are. I was sold. Not reading all the fine print I made the assumption I would be getting a real breakfast for 140 a night. We got there and the caretaker... More

Everyone, has a right to their opinion. We have had several great reviews. It is true we were doing some work and a new wall on the exterior of the room was not painted. As it relates to the toilet and shower it was cleaned properly. There is NO mold issues at this home, but rather a grout discoloration that... More
