Just a really nasty facility, that really says it all. They wanted two hundred more characters so I'm repeating my self in the sincere hope that I can save another family from the debacle that was our room. TV is a flat screen with no picture clarity, plenty of volume and no way to make out if I was watching my favorite detective show..or a snow storm in Siberia! Run, don't walk, away from this poor excuse of a motel room!!!!!

We were in a bind looking for a one stay before our trip away. Our original reservation at another location was cancelled and we struggled to find a place to stay. Hotel was super helpful and accommodating to our needs.

This hotel is nasty. There is no bar on property as advertised. There is no drinking fountain. There was no hot breakfast available, and the cold breakfast items were put away at 9am and not 10am as advertised. The pillows are half the size of normal pillows. Tons of hair everywhere in the sheets, on the floor, in the shower. The toilet ran every couple minutes. The toilet paper was basically empty. The shower head is less than 5 ft up. Parking is not free, and cost $10 after your stay is done. Staff was not helpful.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful. The hotel was clean and the room was clean and comfortable. We had no issues. Shuttle service was included and we made it to the airport with no issues. Will stay here again next time I fly out of Detriot.

The hotel staff was kind and helpful but very busy. The issues were as follows: The rooms and hotel was very tired. Some of the lamps were rusty and missing bulbs. They advertised a restaurant and lounge and found out on arrival that those are actually next door at a sister property and they are still closed post COVID. The continental breakfast was the most limited I have ever seen with microwave pancakes and cereal. Poorly stocked and nobody attended to it for 1.5 hours while I drank coffee and watched TV to allow my wife to sleep in. For about 20 bucks more I would select many other nearby park and fly options first. Not my worst hotel stay but a let down just the same.

Worst hotel I stayed in my entire life: Walk into the hotel for check in on 11/04/2022 at 5PM. The receptionist was a blond woman probably in her late 20's or early 30's with eyeglasses. I asked her to check me in kindly. The woman had a stern face: no smile, no eye contact at all. Asked if I had business suit as I needed. She replied angrily without even any eye contact "THAT IS WHAT IT SAYS!". She gave me the room key without any of other comments or papers after checking my ID and cc, I politely inquire my room number. She said angrily again (no smile, no eye contact) "WRITTEN ON THE KEY JACKET" ... BTW, it was not visible as I needed to completely open the key envelope to see the room number #218. I looked around and asked if she can tell me where the elevator is (I could not see that from the lobby). She was extremely rude and said, "IT SHOULD BE WRITTEN BY THE ELEVATOR!" I was stunned by her rudeness at that time. I took a trolly to get my luggage and to assist my disabled partner from our car next. As I we were re entering the lobby, I was pushing the luggage cart and my partner (with her disabled leg in front of the cart) , the top portion of the trolly hit the hanging light fixture, causing my partner to stop abruptly and caused discomfort in her ankle (she recently had surgical procedure on her ankle). At that moment, I looked up and noticed that the hanging light fixtures are low enough for the luggage cart top design to hit! Also, at the same moment my partner noticed that the luggage cart front tire was flat, causing difficulty to maneuver. I grunted and stated that the height of the light fixture is too low for the cart top to hit and was not very efficient design! The receptionist heard me, and she stood up abruptly from her chair and said, "IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY HERE, YOU SHOULD LEAVE!" I was shocked! I said, "I already paid for it over the web and I will not get refund it I leave!". Also, it was too late after our long drive for me and my disabled partner to look for another hotel. I told the receptionist that we paid for the hotel and we can not go anywhere at that time. She said very rudely , "I INSIST YOU LEAVE". I calmly told her that this is not a good way to communicate with guests and perhaps she can ask for some help if she is overwhelmed or take a break or something! I could tell she looked very angry since I stepped in. We went to the room and found no full-size pillows on the bed either. We inquired the front lobby and was told that they do not provide full size pillows. Me and my partner called it the night and went to bed without any pillows. Surely enough, our phone started to ring at 2:00AM in the morning as a wake-up call (which we never asked for)! At 2:00AM! I tried to call the lobby, and no one answered. I can imagine, the receptionist probably planned it to wake us up. I travelled a lot throughout my career for business and pleasure, but this hotel definitely is at the bottom list. Please avoid!…

My wife and I decided to stay at a hotel located near the airport due to a very early flight and a lot of construction between our home and the airport which is located approximately 30 miles away. I went on line and we decided to make reservations with Wydham Detroit Airport/Romulus and the extended parking package with Airlines Parking included. The staff was great, our accommodations were great and the only thing we had to do was get up in time to check out, take our car about 1/4 mile to Airlines Parking and then be shuttled about 1.5 mile to our terminal!

The room was clean! After that positive comment, breakfast was cold cereal because attendant had suddenly quit; and, lobby bathroom lacked paper products, and trash piled in laundry area because housekeeping short-staffed. There are a lot of alternatives in the area.

They charged me for an extra room and refuse to refund it. Had to file a dispute with my bank. They wouldn’t look into just stated that yes they can see it was run twice but wasn’t changed. It was. Barged and they won’t listen.

We've been coming to this hotel for about 4 yrs, both business and pleasure. The staff is very helpful, friendly and willing to make your visit a nice one. They are pet friendly and also have laundry facility, breakfast is good, coffee is usually available at all times.
