This place is nowhere near as bad as the reviews claim it is. The price is low and we had a clean room and comfy beds. Yes it was outdated and could use some repairs but there are way worse. I think a lot of these reviews are from people that are forced to stay here by the airlines. We picked this place by choice and it was not bad we would book here again.

This hotel really has the potential to be a better place to stay. The garden atmosphere the pools and the hot breakfast offerings. The check-in staff were really professional and accommodating. The check-out staff person left a sour taste with me. She told me that I had to wait until after 8:30 a.m. to get my cash deposit back. I was checking out at 6:30 a.m. for a 8:00 a.m. flight. She only relented after I showed her my departing flight itinerary. Then she reached into a drawer and handed me my deposit, was clipped to my check-in statement.

Hotel is going thru what seems to be a renovation. Lobby area is looking decent, but the room need to go thru a time warp. Very dated 80's decor and feel to them. Front staff needs customer service skills and dont rely on the security to keep you safe. Just not gonna happen when the guy cant handle a 100 ft slow walk without needing an oxygen tank.

Room was disgusting. A ghetto motel room on a truck stop would have been better. bathroom door knowb was off. connecting room door had no lock; hotel used a desk to block the other entrance. AC went on and off every few minutes all night long

The state of the room I was given upon arrival was absolutely disgusting and not in any kind of condition for someone to be able to relax in. There was food in the bed along with stains all over the mettress, the bathroom was dirty and the shower wasn’t even touchable.

I had prebooked and prepaid for a room at this location as I had an early morning flight out of Detroit Airport. I contacted the hotel the day of my arrival to let them know that I will be checking in late, apprx 10pm. They said as long as I arrived prior to 2am, it was fine. When I arrived, they "lost" my reservation due to system issues, and charged me full price plus an extra 25 dollars for security deposit. They would not honour my printed out reservation or the price that I had prepaid. They cancelled it themselves and told me to contact Wyndham Rewards to take it up with them. After working all day and driving over 3 hours, I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep. In the morning I contacted Wyndham Rewards and after an hour on the phone, there was absolutely nothing they could do to honour the price that I had booked the hotel at. I am a current owner of the Wyndham properties and this is totally unacceptable in every way. I am pissed off and will let the world know what kind of customer service or lack of, that Wyndham Rewards has. Never again will I book anything thru Wyndham.…

Idk why there’s so many bad reviews because it honestly was fine. Does it need a revamp? Yes. But it was clean, the beds were clean, and there wasn’t dust on anything. It served it’s purpose. We showered, slept a bit, then jumped on the shuttle in the morning. The staff was friendly enough without being obnoxious. If I had another long layover, I’d stay here again.

The scariest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Took forever to check in and the staff is behind bullet proof glass. The atmosphere is very dark and sketchy. We missed our connecting flight so we had to stay here got here around 12 AM. our first room was part open/unlocked when we got to it and there was a gross white substance on the carpet so we got a different room because we were so disgusted, and that room was still very dirty just like the other one. And in both rooms the phone did not work and the AC did not work either. Felt very unsafe as a young adult daughter traveling with my mom, so we propped a chair on the door for added security. It’s a very gross and rundown hotel. Do not stay here.

I will never stay here again. The ad says free parking and free shuttle, however, they add $10 a day parking to your credit card without saying that they have. This is a scam. They state this has been their policy for years, however, the last 2 times I stayed here it was free parking. And on top of it, when you call tos inquire about this they do not have a person to discuss it with just an email.

Do not book this hotel!! It was the worst night I have ever had in a hotel! The staff is unprofessional, rude and scams you. The room was beyond disgusting, I wouldn’t even take my shoes off! It was so dirty, sheets were stained, walls had something splashed all over them, the heat didn’t work, the room next to us was full of people partying and what sounded like making a porn. After being in the room for 3 hours we decided to take the shuttle to the airport and sleep there. When we returned from our trip we called the shuttle who took 45 minutes to show up. The driver never got out of the van, never greeted us, sat there watching me struggle to get my 60 lb suitcase up the stairs because he never opened the back. Never said a word the whole ride and when we got back to the hotel he jumped out and left us in the van. I was surprised see my car still there in one piece! I wish I would have read the reviews! This place should be condemned it is so nasty and the staff should all be fired!…
