This place was so bad, I am very reluctant to make reservations at any hotels for a while. My scheduled arrival was after 2am on June 3, 2023, which was planned for me to stay until June 6th. 1]. the TV in the room did not work and there were stains on the linen. I was moved to another room. 2]. Apon entering the room the bed was off the foundation with the metal rails sticking out on both sides of the bed, the TV also did not work in this room, the doorknob was hanging off the bathroom door, the bed was hastily made with the sides not tucked under the mattress. and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Needless to say, I spent the night in the bathroom, b/c the room was just that bad. I made reservations to continue my trip in Detroit while in the bathroom. At 6:30 am I went down to check out and discontinue my stay the and hope for a refund on my unused stay.. I was told b/c I booked with a third party (Priceline) my issue was with them for a refund. Okay I'm thinking worse case I would take the L. I contacted Priceline went my trip ended and was told my issue was with the hotel. Needless to say I will not book again with Priceline....…

Tried to make me pay a $100 cash deposit when I checked in. There is no way that's a legal policy. The place looks like a prison... The lobby looks nothing like the pictures they post online. Walked out and got a room across the street. Don't even bother booking here.

This hotel is the worst. Front desk is running some sort of con. Demanding $100 cash, in addition to holding your credit card. the front desk manager (on 3-3-23 after 6pm) so she can be identifed)).Got very rude and loud when questioned about this. Claimed that it was all over the website about the cash depsoit. Its not stated anywhere. Offered to hand write a reciept for the $100, that would be refuned in the morning, not on hotel letter head. This is very suspicious as this is one of the oldest scams in the book, and Im sure there would be some problem with getting the money back in the morning. Asked to see the room before any money was handed over, was told no, again suspicious. As this is right at the airport, Im sure she pulls this stunt as people who are checking in are likley flying out early the next day and wont walk out and hope they can find another room for the night or having the time to fight about it in the morning. Walked out. I will be contacting corporate and letting them know about this. No idea about the qualiity of site, but you should AVOID at all costs.…

They demanded a $100 deposit in cash. Refused to hold it on a credit card. That way, when they refuse to give it back at checkout it can't be disputed and they don't have to claim it on their taxes. Front desk employees are angry, they fight with the housekeepers on the hallway. Sink was plugged up, carpet was disgusting, beds were broken down, remote didn't work, ice machine gave out dirty ice, elevator is broken and there entire hotel reeks of low grade marijuana and incense. I'm still trying to get them to release the $170 dollar hold they keep trying to collect from my credit card. Worst hotel stay EVER

Least expensive park-n-fly, but check your "remodeled room" before accepting it. Some aren't well done and left dirty and not ready for use. Carpet was super dirty and trash left in room. The quality of remodeling was awful.

It was a very old hotel and it does not seem to be cleaned properly. The front desk was rude and denied early check in whilst there were clearly rooms available. During the stay, there were constant noises from the working going on in the lobby so it was very annoying.

Used sheets during a monkey pox outbreak!? Found a diaper on the floor. No wifi, no working tv, no breakfast, no airport shuttle. Clearly the room had not been cleaned since the previous guests were there. Stains in the bed. Just terrible.

My first impression was the lack grounds keeping made the hotel look abandoned. First thing I noticed was number of windows open for the rooms. I would say 3/4 of the windows were open to the 80 degree weather outside. They were definitely trying to air the place out. The front door was braced open. I checked in and proceeded to my room. Most room doors were cracked open. My first room had the cleaning crew inside and my room wasn’t accessible. Went to the front desk and they gave me another room. Proceeded to this room and went in. The temp in room was 80 degrees and it smelled musky. Totally unacceptable but understandable when seeing all the windows that were open. One thing I always do when I’m staying in hotels is check the nearest exit door. The exit was right next to my room for both rooms offered to me on the 1st floor. The doors locking latch was broken and no card key was needed for entry. This was totally unacceptable to me. I decided to not stay at this hotel. I went to the front desk and checked out of the room and they informed me policy was room cannot be refunded after 30 minutes. I was definitely not inside the room for 30 minutes. I didn’t have time to argue with the desk clerk. I also informed the desk clerk about the door latching mechanism being broken and she basically ignored me. Being that I was given rooms right next to the faulty exit doors, I had the feeling I was being set up to be robbed. This was the feeling it gave me. Wasn’t a very good feeling. I’ve mostly had good luck using Wyndham for my travel needs. This definitely will make me use caution when using your app. My advice to Wyndham is to throughly inspect a property before putting the Wyndham brand on it. This place was definitely not up the standard I expected. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the North and South America and this was definitely one of the shadiest hotels I’ve encountered. The front desk are dirty and lazy people. No breakfast or guest laundry as advertised online. The front desk needs to worry more about getting customers to stay at this hotel then worrying about how they can steal your deposit. The hotel would make a lot more money trust me.

This hotel have a lot of maintenance issues. I had several broken items in my room. The toilet seat was broken, the toilet paper holder was broken, the bathroom door knob was loose and falling off. The TV armor and desk wood was split and damage. The walls was dirty and unclean. I had to go to the desk clerk and report that the TV didn't work due to a missing HDMI cable. This place is a dump and would not recommend staying here
