Excellent stay near the airport! The hotel is clean, safe and so close to DTW! The staff is friendly, and there is even a restaurant/bar in the lobby for convenience. Felt very safe leaving there at 4 am - parking lot well lit and other travelers all around.

Room i spent 14 nights was clean ; Hot Breakfast as it says on their web is wrong. they got cheap sandwiches u need to warm up... cheap yogert and fruit !! Kayleen was very helpful so does some of others !!

We used the stay-fly option and it worked very well for us - must be reserved at time of booking. The hotel is not fancy but quiet, lean and feels safe. Parking is at Airlines Parking and 12 days are paid through the hotel. This option saved us nearly $200 US. Lots of restaurants in the area. We’ll be using this again.

We had a great experience at comfort inn! The guy at the front desk, William was awesome! Extremely informative and customer service was second to none. Definitely made our stay better! The beds were comfortable and it was very close to the airport. Having the shuttle drop us off and pick us up was great. Would definitely recommend!

Karin and Will were awesome. Good hotel. Great staff. Very hospitable. We were greet Ed by Will and Karin stood out as well. Very clean. So nice to be treated well. Location is perfect for flying out for vacation.

I stay a minimum of 200 nights a year in hotels all over the world. I have been to some incredible places both for business and leisure but I have to say The front desk Manager or Agent William was perfect at his craft. He first greeted me with a smile , he was engaging, Informative, Funny and all around amazing. This Gentlemen should have his own company teaching Customer service as I felt that after a 3 min check in process that this guy was my friend. His customer service was so amazing that my wife and I wanted to take him on vaca with us. Great job on securing this gentlemen. As long as he is here I will never stay at another airport Property while in metro detroit unless William moves to another Hotel. Keep up the great work William.

This property is absolutely amazing. William at the Front desk has the most amazing Customer service I have ever encountered. This guy is Very Funny, Informative professional and polite. He is a breath of fresh air. The beds were comfortable the breakfast was pretty good and the early shuttle was a big help. I cannot believe William is not management at the property. I recommended to my friends that we stay there om our upcoming trip to DR in May. I wish there was a William everywhere it would make travelling worth it. Keep up the good work William you've gained my loyalty. Thank you!

This Hotel was very nice clean well lit our room was a king bedroom and was fantastic for the price $121.00 per night very comfortable beds they gave you two pillow choices soft or firm only down side of room is the lowest toilet I have ever seen. Free breakfast was terrible eggs were very cold ham was very thin and over cooked, getting to the breakfast bar was very hard to get around due to a large table in the way coffee was the best part. All cups we’re stuck together you gad to work to get any cup free to use. We would recommend you skip the breakfast.

Check in was friendly with Will at the front desk. He was great. Room was fine. Sufficiently clean. Didn't have any breakfast but the coffee was terrible. Didn't utilize the shuttle service. Decent place for a night. I don't know why I'm required to write more to describe my stay here but TripAdvisor demands that I do.

We arrived in the dark and left in the dark but considering we had been travelling since early AM Morocco time, through Paris and landing in Detroit in the evening US Eastern time, the experience was overall good. We had no trouble arranging the hotel shuttle, but never having been at the Detroit Airport we had a bit of trouble finding the pickup point. Everyone in the airport was very helpful and friendly. The shuttle driver was prompt and helpful as well. Also, considering the area was in the midst of recovering from an ice storm which had knocked out power to thousands things were running smoothly. That brings me to the next point. Luckily we had reservations because this hotel and I imagine many others in the area were booking up fast with locals needing a warm place to stay. This was made evident to us when we arrived to check in. You would have thought it was a night club as the bar area was packed with guests enjoying the warmth, food, and drink. All was very civilized and the staff at the desk seemed to be taking the popularity of their establishment in stride. The room was nothing to brag about but was very comfortable and stocked with anything we might need. We had an early morning wake up call and we were on our way home with the shuttle in no time. The front desk staff was friendly and engaging at check out. I would highly recommend an overnight stay here.…
