It was overall ok to stay there. It could be a little more cleaner and the people were nice. Other than that it was okay and the rooms were decent and roomy. I felt the environment was okay for the price

Basic but clean hotel room , comfy bed , check in was fast friendly and efficient. A little noisy from trains, planes and other guests during the night. My main concern is the airport shuttle driver which is outsourced to Valet Services - he was a rude unpleasant person.

Wingate by Wyndham., I usually go with the flow and ignore some things that are below par sometimes, BUT- Looks very nice from the outside. Inside is nice and clean, the rooms have some issues. Not enough towels and washcloths, the smallest of items like soap, I mean 1 TINY bar? Coffee items for 1 person, A/C did not have an auto setting, and after stopping a cycle it would need manual start up again when needed. Breakfast was a joke, two kinds of cereal, bagels , bread for toast, mini muffins, coffee, and juice I think I saw jelly packets, not positive though. Seriously? Bed was comfortable, room was a bit stuffy and cramped, if you expect the tv to be like home, forget it, some cable channels were clear, local channels had snow fuzzies. I believe if you are leaving a car while you travel by air, you need to park in a nearby lot. We weren't and there was plenty of parking spots. Well, off to find something else. See ya, you were given an honest review.

Terrible hotel! Would not recommend! Breakfast was bagels no cream cheese! And cereal.. that's all. They didn't stock the room with enough towels for the amount of people I had reserved the room for. They also double charged my card and then couldn't get it back to me until 3-5 business days! Will not be staying again. Worst hotel experience I have ever had!!!

The room had nice, new decor' Cheap and stingy amenities. One packet of shampoo for 2 people. Not enough towels for two people. The room chair was an old dining room chair. Where is tje nice side chair found in all hotel rooms. Breakfast was a joke. Frozen omelettes? Not enough for the few early breakfast people. No oatmeal. No milk. No spoons. STRONG SMELL OF MARIJUANA. TERRIBLE. EVERY TIME.

We booked the park sleep and fly for the shuttle from the hotel because we had a 5:00am flight. When we arrived we were told the lot onsite was full and we had to move our car in the middle of the night to US Park and get a shuttle from there. We understood from advertising that the hotel may use a different parking lot but never does it say you won't get a shuttle from the hotel itself and you will have to move your car in the middle of the night. We asked if we could move it that night and pay the US Park fee so we could at least get the shuttle from the hotel and were told, no. We asked for a refund because another hotel down the street had room and would shuttle us directly from the hotel. We were told, no. Bonnie, the manager was awful, and spoke to us like I have never heard an owner of a business speak to a customer. I see other reviews that she is awful to customers and I cannot believe Wyndham keeps her as an employee. I have filed a complaint directly with Wyndham. Not only is the advertising wrong- it states parking is in a different lot but it states shuttle is directly from the hotel, it DOES NOT state customer will need to move their own car in the middle of the night, and wait for US Park shuttle in the dark and cold, which negates the Park Sleep N Fly option. STAY AWAY from this hotel and horrible manager, Bonnie there are other options in the area.

The wonderful human being, London, that was at the front desk upon my arrival was just the most amazing person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I had a last minute trip here, was completely frazzled and emotional, and she went above and beyond to help me. I am just utterly gray for her kindness.

Rooms are basic but clean. The wings restaurant was nice but need to stay open later. Bartender was very nice and fast. The front staff was nice but they need help during there peek times. The shuttle drivers (valet connections) was rude and disrespectful to everyone it seems. If I was coming for that service I would not recommend nor would I come back until it changes.

We have stayed at what used to be Days Inn for over 10 years, using the park, sleep, fly. When it was Days Inn, hot breakfast was included, there was coffee in the room, the beds were comfy and there was soap, lotion and shampoo in the rooms. Now that it's a Wyndham, the lobby remodel is beautiful but, breakfast is now very sparse with no hot food, there is one tiny bar of soap and a very small pouch of shampoo for two people, the bed in our room was so hard and even the pillows were hard. I just got up to make coffee and there is a one cup machine, one unwrapped Styrofoam cup and no coffee anywhere. I called the front desk and was told to come down and get coffee. She first assumed the machine was not working and informed me that no one is here until 8:00 a.m. to exchange the machine. We waited over an hour to get checked in last night. There was one woman checking people in, checking people out so they could get their car keys and answering the phone. She handled it all beautifully and professionally with a smile. I am so sad to lose our anchor place to stay when we travel, but after this experience, I will be searching for a new park, sleep, fly accommodation that is customer friendly. This location's priority is obviously to cut costs and not provide for their customers. Way too bare bones for us.
