Very convenient location and they provide a free airport shuttle. The front desk staff are really friendly and the check in/out process are easy. But two BIG issues 1) the bathroom wasn’t that clean at all, I didn’t shower because of it and 2) the elevator has a smell that is almost nauseating. Not sure how to even describe it but I had to hold my breath every time I walked in or out. Also the breakfast was weird because everything was cold, a microwave provided but the plates they provided weren’t microwaveable 😂 weird experience. Sufficient for a quick night after a late flight.

Avoid avoid avoid. So dirty. Old vomit splatter in bathroom and pieces of chicken on floor under bed & by the headboard. Not worth $128 for the night. Extremely rude breakfast attendant and less then par breakfast.

Basic hotel for overnight stay. Nothing special. Went to get snacks at reception, there was nothing left. Saturday night and nothing stocked. We asked attendees and they suggested we go down the road to speedway for snacks. Really?? Good news was Airline parking discount for a week was $30.

Our room was disgustingly dirty, but we were too tired to mess with the hassle of changing to probably another dirty room. There were food crumbs everywhere, plus hair on the floor in the bathroom. You could tell the floor in there hadn’t been cleaned in awhile based on the amount of hair behind the bathroom door. We definitely will not be using this place again.

. . . . almost. Front desk staff are the best at customer service super friendly, inviting and helpful. But a glitch in airport shuttle. Afternoon desk said they run 24 hrs and just be down 10 min early. Got down there 20 minutes early only to be told no shuttle unless they know further ahead that there are riders. Very well equipped fitness center (didn't have the right clothes as we were there due to a flight cancellation). Rooms are well equipped with amenities and toiletries but the beds are a bit mushy. Still, I'm most impressed with the staff.

The room was dark and quiet. Great mattress Nice front desk staff who had everything ready for check-in after we called for the shuttle. Easy shuttle to airport, nice driver we had a great experience and will stay here again!

We stayed overnight here before an early morning flight, and it was very convenient. They provide a free shuttle to and from the airport and they also offer a park and fly service in conjunction with a local parking lot. Check in and check out were fast and efficient. We had a large, comfortable room with small microwave, large refrigerator, large walk-in shower (no tub), and a full-length mirror. There were few electrical outlets for charging devices and they were in inconvenient locations. The shower had very low water pressure and it was difficult to control the temperature. A breakfast buffet was included (sausage links, scrambled eggs, cereals, pastries, yogurt, etc.). I think we would probably stay here again when flying from DTW.

Day one - Noticed crumbs all around bed. A little vacuuming with an edge would not hurt; Also, what's up with the black stains on the shower floor. Gross! Day 2 - On day two we came to the hotel to relax and notice it was still dirty with towels littering the bathroom. I called front desk 4 times - no answer; I came in person and asked what's up, and they said we needed to request our rooms to be cleaned. Too late now, because the cleaning people were gone for the day. Supposedly we were supposed to hang a note on the door requesting a cleaned room. There wasn't one available in the room. Overnight the toilet decided not to flush. On day 3 in the morning, we used a guest bathroom because our toilet still wouldn't flush. Their response was, "Sorry." I had to ask for a partial refund.

I travel out of Detroit Metro Airport regularly and have used many hotels prior to my flights. This was a new hotel to me and I am glad I chose this one. There was ZERO disappointment, and the staff made it that much better.

Internet was not working. Got settled in and found out the light between the beds did not work. Instead of bringing in a new lamp or changing the bulb, we had to move to another room. To get to the 2nd room, we had to go down 2 long hallways--It had to have been the farthest room in the whole place. Put there on purpose because we complained???
