A fine motel for $44.99 ($50.40 after tax) for A one-night stay before the prime tourist season. There is no breakfast provided, but you can get a 10 % off coupon for The Galley restaurant which is on the same street about one mile away.

It was a place to sleep, nothing special. Outdated and run down. It was clean. We had let them know we would be arriving late. They called us late in the the day of our arrival to say that we had to be there by 10 or no one would be available to check us in. Not very convenient when...

This motel met all my needs--a place to stay overnight en route to the lower peninsula. The rooms was quite clean and I found the bed comfortable. I was here in the off season, and found the place affordable and quiet. There is a 20% discount for anyone over 50, which brings a basic single room to about $45 plus...

They advertise you get a "lakefront" view but it's a joke. You can barely see it. Rooms are very small and place needs revamping. Bavarian Haus is cheaper and nicer. Toilet paper smelled like poop so don't blow your nose with it!

We stayed here Saturday night....we paid $179.19 for a one night stay at this horrible, uncomfortable motel. The mattress was hard as a brick, no ironing board, 2 very small soaps and 1 small packet of shampoo...that was it. We asked for more towels...they tried to send us to some dumpy restaurant. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I normally don't stay at smaller hotels. This place is wonderful. The two gentlemen at the front desk were friendly and helpful. My room was absolutely spotless. I could find even the smallest speck of dirt/dust anyplace. Everything was in perfect order, nothing out of alignment. The bed is comfortable and clean. It also is very quiet. I will be...

This hotel does not have a lot of frills- very basic, it served our needs well. The room size was nice, everything is in excellent condition; they take great care in maintaining the grounds and the rooms. The rooms are very clean which to me is the most important thing in a hotel. It was priced well too. I would...

We had a very nice Clean room and it fulfilled our needs for the weekend. They had a discount on tickets for the ferry ride to the island which saved us a little money which we put right back into the economy there in St. Ignace .

The beds felt like cement, the owner was the rudest person I have ever met, and there are no mini fridges in room. The staff are great people. The ladies that clean the rooms are great and very friendly.

Thank Melissa P
