To start we arrived at the campground after a 3 hour drive to discover that the office was closed (7:00 PM). There was no note, no emergency contact number or anything. I left a voicemail on the machine, didn't know what else to do. We searched the campground and found a cabin that was open with the light on and...

We picked the St Ignace KOA because they were one of the only pet-friendly options in the area (without an upcharge). We've stayed at KOA cabins before so we knew exactly what to expect. The cabins are decent but very basic... essentially a place to sleep and not much else. The campground was quiet and the cabins in the back...

We have been staying at this KOA for 11 years most years we stay 2-3 times a season during the busy times and have never had any issues! The employees have always been friendly and helpful, and we have seen a few different ones over the years. They are always willing to accommodate our site request without hassle. There is...

This campground offers free shuttle to ferry, very convenient! Campsites are not paved, but level enough. Nice sized spaces. many very nice sites with water & electric only. Excellent staff, very friendly.

I am not one to typically write reviews; however, the customer service received at the St. Ignace KOA was truly disappointing and I wish I had more of a heads-up from reviews than I did. My fiancé and I arrived to the camp office and I waited for several minutes before being greeted to check in because the two women...

First off - This is a campground and not a hotel (It does have cabins). We camped here to break up the long drive back from Lake Gogebic to our home. We made reservations for two camp sites (travel trailer and fifth wheel) beside each other but when we arrived, we were not together. Site for my travel trailer was...

Worse than typical koa. Site I was assigned had trees on both sides of Rd. making it very difficult to back into site. Also sites are so close that when someone took site next to us ,their table was almost under our slide.

We as a family group rented 4 cabins for two nights. They put us together and there is a decent amount of privacy. Our cabins were at the very back which suited us well. The pool is very small and I'm not overly impressed with the bathrooms. The place really needs some TLC.

Just stayed a week at the St. Ignace KOA. The pluses-friendly staff...needed some extra help getting the cable to work and they went above and beyond in helping out. Had fun with they mini golf. Items in the store seemed reasonably priced for a camp store, not the usual, let's see how much the campers will pay. The minuses- ok...

Stayed here one night. Very busy KOA. Friendly staff at check in. Given site in back of camp ground. Not as nice as ones up front. No wifi in that area even though they said there was. Restrooms ok. Shower curtains not adequate. Handicapped toilet stall had part of shower curtain that was not big enough to cover opening. Felt...
