The hotel is nice with convenience to the beach, shops & restaurants but there are things that they could do better. There's no reserved parking for hotel guests so you're literally at the mercy of hoping to find an empty spot along with all the other beach goers. When you're paying that much money a night, I expect some perk...

What a pleasant surprise for our first time visit to St. Joseph. From check in to check out, the service from these lovely people was excellent. Quick, friendly, above and beyond the norm. Our view of Lake Michigan was so lovely and we could open our screened windows to enjoy the cool breezes of the Lake. The bathroom was roomy...

If you are looking or a place close to the silver beach park, this is your choice. The rooms are nice (nothing fancy) and you can walk all over St. Joseph downtown as well as of course 5min or less to the beach itself. What adds a significant amount of value to this hotel is the bistro that takes over...

Had enough corporate cookie-cutter hotel stays for a while? The Boulevard offers a refreshing change that grows on you rather than boring you like many (perfectly good) chains. Set right on beautiful Lake Michigan, the hotel features unusually spacious rooms. The furnishings, while not at all lavish, are pleasant. Rooms are quiet (you don't have to listen to every word...

My husband and I came to St. Joe for a few days and brought our 17-month-old daughter. I booked the Boulevard Inn even though it’s a little pricey because it was directly across the street from the public beach and park. The location is AWESOME! Just a short walk down the stairs/ramp to the park with a big fountain/splash pad,...

Originally from St. Joseph and stayed at the Boulevard 8 years ago the first few nights I lived there. The hotel has changed....and for the better! The rooms include two TVs (in the bedroom and sitting room)...modern furniture and clean bathrooms. Also, a great program to get dining credit in lieu of new towels/cleaning. Nothing could be better about this...

Right in the downtown area with a great view of the lake. The breakfast which consisted of eggs, waffles, yogurt, and breakfast potatoes was included each day and the room had a great view of the lighthouse. There was a craft sale right across from hotel on the Saturday when we stayed there. The beach was just across the street....

While this is a beautiful hotel with an excellent location, it was not worth the price that we paid for our daughter's wedding weekend. The air conditioner did not work and no one came to look at it until we were all in the suite, trying to get ready. There was no hairdryer! Thank goodness I tossed mine in at...

An incredible view of Lake Michigan and the lighthouse from rooms on the west side. Best location in the area. There are a few nicer hotels - not in downtown St. Joseph but within a ten minute drive (e.g., Hilton Garden Inn, The Inn at Harbor Shores) but they can't compete with the Boulevard's location - steps from the beach,...

We were on our way to visit my son, who lives in Grand Rapids and stopped at the visitor center. We had a day to enjoy before we were expected, and it happened to be my birthday. We were looking for a restaurant on the lake to have a nice dinner and watch the sunset on lake Michigan. The Bistro...
