We enjoyed our stay at this charming B and B. The rooms were cozy, comfortable, and clean, with a nice patio overlooking a pond in the back. It's close to the dunes, wineries, and orchards, with lots of nice little restaurants and antique shops nearby. I would definitely stay there again!

Thank you for your kind words about the Inn and sharing with the travel community an overlooked benefit of staying at Rabbit Run - our convenient location to many of the attractions of our "little corner of Michigan". Come back soon! Best, Linda Jo and Rodney

Our group had the entire property. We were a large group and were able to use the great kitchen for all of our meals. Plenty of plates and silverware. The property is very nice, plenty of parking and a large deck. The only negative was the noise level in the upstairs bedrooms in the main house. All conversations could be...

This is the second visit in several years to this lovely B & B and it is a treat for the eyes and the soul. Beautifully appointed room with fruit and breakfast pastry, coffee machine and filtered water…gorgeous view from the balcony of the koi pond and quiet woods…friendly innkeeper…comfy pillows and bedding….when are we going back?!!

Whilst visiting Chicago we thought it would be nice to spend a couple of days outwith the city taking in a bit more of Lake Michigan; Run Rabbit Inn is ideally placed a 2-3 hour drive away in scenic Harbor Country. Linda and Rodney are super hosts, ensuring suites are thoughtfully decked out with everything you could need (even several...

Beautiful location. The inner keepers were very friendly and engaging. The room was modern, clean and everything it says it is. The pastries were wonderful and accommodated my gluten free needs. Loved having our coffee on our private deck overlooking the koi pond. Room was large enough for our family of 5. Bikes available if you want to go for...

We had a great 2 night stay at the Rabbit Run Inn. My husband and I brought our 3 month old son and had a really relaxing getaway from Chicago for the weekend. The owners couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly, and visited with us during an impromptu happy hour each night. We enjoyed the simple but delicious breakfast...

We traveled to Michigan to the wedding of our close friend's daughter in nearby Lakeside, Michigan this past Summer/Early Fall. After researching several B & B's in the area, we chose the Rabbit Run Inn for our stay. The home is in a very peaceful & bucolic setting, close to lots of area amenities. We stayed for two nights in...

We stayed 2 nights at Rabbit Run and found our room very nice. We also appreciated all the information that we received about the area and things to do. When we opened the breakfast box that was left at our door (there are no indoor common areas), I was surprised to find 2 nectarines and 2 muffins. Even much, much,...

We regret that this couple were disappointed in their breakfast but do thank them for their nice review. We are very clear with our guests that our breakfast consists of coffee, tea, juice, fruit and pastries and brought to their door. We actually are in the process of renovating Rabbit Run Inn's iconic barn to be a common indoor space...

Having read several excellent reviews on this Inn, our expectations were high for our first visit. But if we could only take the time for a short vacation this year, we wanted it to be very relaxing. Rabbit Run seemed the perfect solution. We stayed Thursday evening through Sunday afternoon and were pleased beyond expectations. Living in Chicago's NW suburbs,...

We were only able to stay one night here- which I really regret. But, the one night we spent was great! The bed is incredibly comfortable, and it was hard to get out of it in the morning. The room is spacious, the bathroom is very nice and the couch was cozy. There was a little refrigerator that had juice...

“While all rooms seem to be equally nice, a staircase leads to the upper rooms. Lower rooms are more accessible and open directly onto the grassy area and Koi pond via a back entrance. Nice for those with mobility issues or small children who want to go out to play ...but be sure the little ones are being watched.”
