I can't believe that I didn't come here last time! This place is very comfortable and well-receiving for those looking for a one-day-getaway, and while the price may be a little higher than what one would expect from a typical, run of the mill hotel room, the close proximity to the beach and Northern South Haven's attractions is worth every...

We stayed for 2 nights in the Victoria Suite, which has a nice deck and beautiful view of the harbor, a fabulous breakfast and friendly staff. We loved having our own private entrance as well. The rate was $310 per night (plus tax and fees), which I thought was over priced. The Suite can accommodate up to 3 people, however...

As the new innkeeper, I Marcia, own responsibility for your disappointment; I came up short. I should have supplied extra towels. I should have informed you the linens on the sofa-bed are always clean although they get severely wrinkled from being crushed back into sofa-size. I sincerely apologize for the disappointing elements of your experience.

We read the previous reviews and expected to arrive to a wonderful bed and breakfast. From the outside it looks nice. Our room had NO decor... plain walls and some cheap framed magazine covers that were faded. Old small bathroom with no updates or not cleaned very well. The king size bed was very very hard, did not sleep well....

I am so sorry you had a bad experience. The Victoria used to be the innkeeper’s quarters and our website states it is not decorated like the rest of the house; it also mentions the small bathroom and doesn’t say anything about a kitchen. Thank you for bringing the kitchen to our attention and we will make sure the microwave...

Our bedroom was a great room and the entire house was nicely decorated, with good breakfast! The two dining rooms overlook the harbor. Within walking distance of the downtown area. The staff was also more than friendly.

We visited South Haven for our anniversary and stayed at the Carriage House at the Harbor. The place was beautiful and our room overlooked the harbor. We stayed in the White Chapel room and it had a fireplace (not that we needed it) and a little private patio with chairs. We didn't get to use the hot tub, but it...

A lovely stay in the cute Dorsey room. The room was large enough for two 6 feet tall persons and we are happy we kept the room despite the hostess worries of the room being to small and offer of a free upgrade. The house and city has interesting history and a relaxed atmosphere. Make sure to not miss the...

This is such a beautiful Inn, So peaceful, lovely and clean. The breakfast was wonderful. We had a room on the third floor with a terrace overlooking the harbor it was fantastic, we spent so much time sitting on the two rockers provided. And a quick walk the other way to the beach. Fantastic restaurants but lovely quiet nights. This...

Beautiful B&B and wonderful location. However, we found it difficult to relax and enjoy due to the loud music from the harbor at night and the TV in the room next door. I was also disappointed not to be greeted upon arrival, although there was an agreed upon check-in time. We arrive on time and were met with a note...

This Bed & Breakfast in South Haven has all the perfect touches you imagine and desire in your stay. The house is absolutely lovely and very meticulously cared for by the owner Suzanne. Our room overlooked the harbor and had a nice little balcony with rocking chairs to relax and enjoy the view. The amenities in our room such as...
