The staff was friendly and the room was cozy and comfortable, what more can you ask from a hotel? Only thing I could say (which did not in any way ruin my stay) was the shower head being too short. I'm pretty tall and I had to duck pretty low to rinse my hair. But that's it! Awesome place to...

Mold and dirt in tub and around toilet, curtains falling off the track and stained...washing them would take care of it. Cobwebs on ceiling and walls. Unable to walk from entrance to window if you are sharing the room with anyone, maybe 18" clearance between the bed and oversized furniture. Closet was a joke, clothes hang side to side, they...

We are sorry that your stay was not up to our usual standards. While the hotel cannot correct the size of the room, we will share the comments to all departments so that we can improve in the future.

I get that it's an old hotel, but I know plenty of old hotels that are at least clean. When there is dust and dirt on the elevator walls, cobwebs on the baseboard in the hallway from the locker room to the pool, you don't even need do a massive renovation, you need a mop. Start with cleaning the public...

We would like to thank you for your recent stay and review. We are sorry that we fell short in some areas, but appreciate you comments so we can improve our service. The hotel pool and fitness center will be closing in the upcoming weeks for a complete renovation, along with construction of a new conference center starting this year....

We spent the weekend in the hotel. My wife and I could not sleep the first night, as the temperature would not go below 74 degrees. We could not open a window because they were locked shut. We called maintenance and they, reset the thermostat but informed me that since it is an old hotel and run off a boiler...

My wife and I have stayed here a few times before only for the location to great restaurants and bars. The hotel is quite historic (over 100 years) and has at the top ( tenth floor) a bar with a great view of the town and bay. Really can't be beat. The hotel desperately needs updating and new comfortable beds....

Have stayed here several times, but won't be staying here anymore. Stopped in the bar downstairs to get a drink. Not busy at all, 3 or 4 workers working. Waited 10 to 15 minutes when no one came to wait on us. Went up to the bar and the bartender blew us off and walked away. Asked to talk to...

Feces on the toilet seat! They changed my room and the new room had a sink that backed up! GM was terrible and unaccommodating! Location was good but this hotel is old and outdated. Paint was chipping from the ceiling.

The hotel was great. It is located in the downtown area and in walking distance to shops and restaurants. We had a room with two queen beds and a roll out sofa. Our room was clean and very neat and the room service was super. We would definitely stay there again. I felt it was a bit pricey, but not...
