We had an amazing experience here. From the complimentary champagne at check-in to the bay views from our room; the deluxe king bed with plush bedding to the beautiful glass door shower, we were so impressed by how luxurious our accommodations felt but at such a great value. Would absolutely come back again, especially in the summer so that we can enjoy the patio seating outside for dinner and drinks on the water!

Highly recommend the Delamar hotel. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Enjoyed the shuttle into town, didn't need an uber! Just ask for Wil, he was very helpful. Enjoyed the live music both Friday and Saturday. Was able to check in a little early. Would stay here again.

After an invigorating hike on the VASA trail, it was a treat to check into the Delamar and be welcomed with a glass of sparkling rose! The ambiance of the hotel lobby was tastefully modern with contemporary art pieces and floor to ceiling windows/doorways creating an open air feeling. Rooms, bedding, and bathrooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. One suggestion would be to add another chair to the room as there is only one in the double room. The high point of the stay was enjoying the indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and outdoor heated pool. The contrast of cold air and warm water is a classic cold weather experience! Another request would be to open the outdoor pool earlier than 11:00 am for the early morning risers! The on-site gym and yoga classes as well as lounge area with fireplace and board games add to creating a relaxing environment. …

This was a great experience! Beautiful view and awesome outdoor pool!! What a cool amenity for the winter. I really enjoyed my stay. Oh and champagne at checkout after a long day of visiting at the hospital. The friendliness of the staff really made my day. Can’t say enough great things about this hotel <3

Hotel was a fun place to stay at during the winter time with the heated pool. Artisan restaurant was awesome. The bellman was very accommodating, they also had a car service that would take you nearby.

omg the best place to stay in Traverse City from Mary and Sam at the front desk to Will the shuttle driver to the staff at the Artisan and of course the housekeeping staff a wonderful stay hotel is very clean beautiful views of the bay our room was special outside heated pool was a plus can’t wait to come back Jorden you have a great staff thank you so so much.Paul and Denise Beer

The place was really nice. The room could use some updating. The carpet is kind of gross. (I don't like carpet in general) there was some bad "patching" on the wall that looked like maybe there was a leak at some point and up in the corner maybe wall paper or something peeling. I did expect the rooms to be a little more "fancy" for the price. The room was very clean though and the staff was really nice.

The room looked nicer online than in person. Clean but looked a little outdated. Excellent snacks in room. Loved that my kids got s’more snacks. Very friendly staff. Excellent outdoor heated pool. Great atmosphere.

From check in to check out, Delamar is a top notch place to stay! Excellent, friendly staff and a clean comfortable room. The beautiful view of the lake, a definite bonus! The location was also great just minutes from downtown.
