This is wonderful small resort far from noise, cars and everyday life, but close to great diving. And for my part, also great sea kayaking. Everything is kept simple, you don't find any aircon, large dinner buffet etc. The hosts du their best to make you feel welcome. Food is awesome. I did my open water certification here and it... I honestly cannot say enough good things about this resort! Whether you are a diver or not, you will be supremely well taken care of and have a wonderful stay here! We stayed in a beautiful room on the hillside with a view of the ocean to wake up to every morning:) the service was absolutely excellent and we seriously... More

I spent a week at Chindona Resort in the slow season and I was the only guest at the time. Even so, I imagine I would have received the same stellar service even if they were full. The "Pair of Pers" made sure all my transportation from the airport, which is important because traveling around the Philippines can be daunting.... More

Admit that on first appearances I was not impressed with the rather basic concrete style of this "resort". Décor is rather painful Pinoy, concrete floors in dining area, no hot water, or water pressure in showers. Linen is not great; sheets and towels of poor quality. Food is also uninteresting. However, the scenery is amazing and if you just want... More

Arrived driving through the beauty of Philippines' villages and nature, to end on a boat in a surreal lunar islands landscape in a beautiful peaceful sunset. Really loved the quiet and remote location of the resort and rooms. The staff is really helpful and nice, food is great and fresh and the choice is great. I have definitely had the... More

We stayed between 12-16.11.2015 and had an amazing time at Chindonan. The Danish owners built a truly great place which combines Danish touch with Philippine heritage. The service is of a great standard. There are so many of those little details in the service and accommodation that shift your experience from "nice" to "amazing" stay. And this is all thanks... We stayed there only 2 nights. Unfortunately we found this place too late. The place is owned by two Pierres (yeah, they both have same name). Our room was nice, clean and big, nice bathroom with shower and even the wordrobe. Everything in this nice "minimal" style, that i absolutely adore. Breakfast and dinner were included in the price and... More

If you looking for a peaceful place to stay away from the entire tourist and the locals then this is the place you want to be. Also has the best home made food in the island and not to mention the staff that is the sweetest ladies you can ever meet!. The managers are very approachable and friendly. The resort... More

I recently spent four days at the Chindonan dive resort and it was a great experience. I didn't have to worry about transportation to and from the resort from the airport as they provided everything free of charge. I did 10 dives in four days and the wreck diving was absolutely incredible. The reef diving was also amazing and is... More

We stayed at the resort in May and had a wonderful relaxing time. My husband went for a couple of dives and I went snorkeling. We also took the canoe out to a little island. The staff were great and the food was fantastic. The spring water was delicious to drink in the hot weather. The 2 Pierre's were welcoming... More
