Dirty sheets loud neighbors I was mad about the people next to us especially because the whole place was empty so they could’ve been put away from us. And the sheets had brown stains not sure if it was poop or what but definitely unsatisfied!
Hotel rooms need drastic cleaning!!!! There were dead bugs across the floor, mold under the sink and in the shower, The seat and footstool had dried fluid (appeared to be seman and body fluids) on both pieces, the bed appeared re-made like someone slept in it and sheets were not washed!
This property is located in a neat area but that's about all it has going for them. I stayed one night of a three night stay before we checked out early and went down the road. I was not the only one to check out early that morning. When checking out, I was also told that I would be charged for another night since I did not cancel prior to 4pm the previous day. Even if I would have checked in at the earliest time I would not have been able to cancel in time. Definitely a ploy in their cancellation policy. They will take your money whether you stay or not. Unfortunately I had to eat $120 dollars because we I did not feel safe at this hotel. 1) This hotel is right next to the freeway and the windows/walls were paper thin. You could hear every car on the freeway as it drove by and all the conversations that took place outside. The rooms did not have carpet so it was very easy to hear voices in the next room and you would think it was that way to clean the rooms easier but the floors were dirty. 2) At 1:30am in the morning, we had someone trying to access our room. When they could not access our room they went to the next room and struck a conversation with the next room over. Shortly after you could hear them trying to access our room via a side door that joined the to rooms on the inside. Fortunately we locked both from the inside. 3) The beds were the cheapest mattresses on the market and provided very little comfort. Between the sounds, the people trying to access our room, and the bed, we got very little sleep. 4) The amenities were scarce. Two bars of soap were all that was provided. The on the go breakfast was only a breakfast bar and a bottled water. 5) The shower head pointed at the wall and when taking a shower you were left constantly leaning against the wall to wash up. The shower water was also backing up in the the tub. By the time I was finished I was standing in a couple inches of water. The sink did not drain either and when you ran the water it smelled terrible. Other guests had also made comments about the smell of the water in their room so it sounds like a property issue and not just the room. Due to all of the issues mentioned above, we stayed one night of a three night stay before we checked out early and went down the road. As a result, I had to eat $120 dollars because we I did not feel safe at this hotel. In summary, I would not stay here for free. And I encourage you to spend $20 more and stay at the holiday down the road or at another property where the service and sleep will be much better. I am quite surprised that Wyndham allows them to be in their network of hotels.…
The room was somewhat cleaned but they need to pull out & clean behind end tables due to alot of fuzz /hair... & the microwave was very dusty. What upset me was the pool was very cold, it was pretty dark in there & no lights could be found. Someone asked why the pool was dark, the response was that the pool was closed due to someone getting cut from glass. Yet, no sign was present to alert you & the door was unlocked, & We did not have shoes on. They will not answer their phone. They barely have any clients there. It needs a overhaul. We rented it fir several days but left after the 1st night. We did not even attempt to get their breakfast. I paid estimated 125.00 per night thur a travel site.
I have never been so grossed out by a hotel in my entire life. There were cob webs all over the place and dead cock roaches all over the floors, and even in between the box spring and mattress. the only good thing about this place was the bar across the parking lot that had good food and live music. I will never stay here again, so disgusting.
This motel was in a beautiful lake area. It’s an older motel that’s been remodeled. It’s not bad, but I paid way too much for the room, but it was graduation weekend so everything was way overpriced. Also, they have a nice bar & grill right in front of the motel.
Pool and Breakfast are not available at this hotel currently l, which we found out on arrival. Booking.com advertised these amenities. Cleanliness was acceptable and room smelled of smoke. Front desk person was friendly.
Friendly staff and rooms were well stocked. Fresh towels every day. Comfortable bed, Continental breakfast was lacking but overall, a great place to stay. Internet was flawless! We will be back next month.
Overall very bad experience. 1st: BEDBUGS. I didn't see the bedbugs until I was packing my things to leave in the morning. Asked for a refund after bringing the dead bug to the front desk. Was denied a refund. He said that they have to have an inspection to confirm the presence of the bedbugs. Asked for a refund after the inspection. He said yes. At the gas station down the road, mentioned this problem. The lady there said she used to work at this hotel and that they have had a constant problem with bedbugs and they don't do anything about it. I'm not expecting a refund now. Before that, 2nd: Stood in the lobby for 10 mins waiting for someone to come to the desk to check me in. I triggered the "ding" noise at the door twice, pressed the doorbell on the desk 4 times, and finally called the front desk. The phone rang 6 times before someone finally came to the desk. 3rd: Its November. Its freezing outside, the room was cold when I walked in. It took the heater 3 hours to get the room up to 70 degrees. 4th: The doors deadbolt doesn't lock. An uncomfortable feeling for a single female. 5th: There is a quarter inch gap under the door, which leads directly outside. So there is a significant draft of freezing air coming into the room. I rolled a towel and put in front of the gap to keep the room warm for the night. This gap also means that dirt can blow into the room. 6th: The shower drain drained very slowly. My feet were in an inch of water during my shower. 7th: The breakfast couldn't be considered breakfast. Coffee, Juice and Chewy bars. That's it.…
Although they may advertise that they offer a FREE Breakfast, they really don't. They had coffee and granola bars. Hardly breakfast. I understand that in a time of Covid that these tye of things get scaled back on, but this was really scaled back. If you don't offer FREE breakfast that's fine, just don't say you do and the roll out this disappointment.
