I stayed at the hotel for a business trip between November-December. Although I travel often to the area and already stayed on the next-door hotels from the same cluster, this was my first time at Hampton Inn Wixom. Furnishing quality and cleanliness of the hotel are very good, toiletries are also fine (although you need to request in front desk if you want them to be replenish every day to your room). Courtesy coffee, tea and chocolate are always available at the lobby, which is thankful on a cold Michigan day. However, what I found outstanding is the human factor in this hotel, especially for a Latin woman traveling alone: Sarah, Miriam and Priscilla made the stay pleasant, with a warm/friendly touch difficult to find in a business class hotel. Hotel's Favourite
This hotel is spotless clean! Breakfast had both hot and cold items with plenty of variety. We didn’t use the pool but saw it, and it looked clean with plenty of towels. Room was updated, bathroom was updated and very very clean. Staff was friendly. Jessica at the front desk worked especially hard and was helpful and kind. There was a bad storm that resulted in a brief power outage, which caused the elevator to not work for a couple of hours. The staff was apologetic but it was of no fault of their own. They had the elevator running as quickly as possible. A 10/10 stay.

We needed to stay out of our home for a few days because of construction and we stayed at the Hampton. I had read all the reviews and they were absolutely correct . This hotel is super clean the staff is incredibly helpful . Close to freeway and places to eat . Loved it! We would for sure come back !!

My husband and I made reservations through Hotels.com but we had to change our dates and arrive 2 weeks earlier. We reached out to Hotels.com and we’re able to change the reservation with them and we assumed we were good. Long story short, we arrive to Hampton Inn and Suites, Wixom and our current/changed reservation isnt in their system, but rather the old one. I want to give a shoutout to Sarah and Kristine for being being so gracious and helping us figure out the mess that was no fault of their own. They went above and beyond in my opinion to help us, truely exemplifying the best in customer service. As an added bonus, the hotel and rooms are clean and look updated. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area.

This review is way overdue, but my husband and I were in town for a convention in May 2022, and Kris at the reception counter was phenomenal in making sure our stay was perfect. She offered to help me out with my Hilton account and ensured our check-in was painless. This was our second hotel in the area after several years of visiting and we much preferred it over our first choice. Room was great, breakfast was great. We'll definitely be coming back!

Traveling with family is stressful. So a hotel that can NOT add to the stress is a real plus. This staff was so nice, and this hotel is new (5 years old), clean, and cleverly designed. The workout facility is great. The washer/drier was perfect. The location next to the highway but not w/noise. And the outdoor gazebo was so nice, we even grilled. Thank you for making a stressful weekend so enjoyable.

Front desk staff are always very friendly and attentive. Kristine is very professional and also super quick with check-in's. I mostly travel for business and the place hasn't disappointed me. Wish the breakfast was better though.

We have stayed at a lot of different hotels traveling and with my wife being a travel agent we decided to stay at the Hampton then the other Hotel across from it (Express) where we usually stayed. Glad we stayed at the Hampton Inn very nice hotel and the staff was great. Loved the rooms and the patio area out back. Will be staying here again. If you're in the area, make this your stop.
