They let me and my family check in early for no additional cost. Which was very convenient. The price was the cheapest in the area. But one of the best hotels in the area. They also have a kitchen in their rooms which is useful for a long stay. I’ll definitely be back here when I’m in the area.

Great place to stay as easy to get to and many amenities around. Great restaurants and easy to get to Ann Arbor for the football game. Comfortable room and great staff. Didn’t realize there was a kitchenette in room so next time will make better use of it. Will definitely stay again.

We chose MyPlace because they were pet friendly. They charged $15 per pet, when Holiday Inn Express wanted non refundable $100 per pet. Room has everything you need, like a home away from home. Small kitchenette with full size refrigerator, full rolls of paper towels that we definitely used. Liked it so much I looked for all property locations in USA so I could stay here when available. Price was also affordable. Recommend for families with or without pets if you are willing to swap the big fancy lobby for comfort and convenience. Property itself is fairly new, no old hotel smell, in very good condition.

I rented a room last week during a power outage, originally everything was great, staff was friendly. Room was clean. I went down to the front desk to see how much it would be to extend my visit one more night due to the face that we were being told it would be a few more days until the power was restored. I was told it would be 130.00, I’m on a very tight budget so anything more I wouldn’t be able to afford. I told her that was fine And went to bed. I went to work on the morning and received a email stating my bank account had been over withdrawn so I checked my account to see they charged me 190.00…mins you I still haven’t checked out I still had the night. We I got off I went to get in my room and the key was turned off( due to system issues) I went to front desk asked for a new card and informed them of the overcharge. I was told NOONE that worked there would be able to correct the issue and that I would have to call in the morning and ask for the manager. I was handed the business card and I went upstairs pack my stuff and went home rather than stay in the room because my power was back on. I then called at 8 AM to speak to the manager which is the time I was told he would be in. I was told the manager had decided to come in late to work that day. I would not be there until 10. I called back at 10 AM. I was told he was busy and unable to speak in a call back in a couple hours. I then called back at noon and was told the manager had left early for the day and was taking a long weekend and would not be in until Monday. Aydan attempted to call corporate only to find out their offices are only open Monday through Friday from 8 to 5. When I talked to the front desk again that day I was told that they are allowed to change room rates and what they said they were gonna charge at any point and that there is nothing that could be done about it. I have never heard of such a thing. There is no way this is legal. I am shocked and disgusted. And I have still yet to hear from anyone in corporate.…

My place hotels are mine and my husbands preferred hotels to stay at when traveling. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are extremely clean. We love my place hotels and can’t wait for our next reservation in a couple weeks for our anniversary.

We normally stay at another hotel when we come home to visit but they didn’t have any availability. We chose My Place because of the great reviews but as we got close to our trip we saw some pretty bad ones. We were already booked and paid for so we figured we’ll I guess we will find out. I’m so happy we kept our booking! The hotel was clean and wonderful. It even had an actual kitchenette with a cooktop and large fridge. Everyone that worked there including housekeeping were helpful, cheerful, and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

We had a last second reservation and we were very impressed with My Place. Rooms and lobby were white glove clean. The amenities provided were wonderful. Full kitchen. Staff was very helpful. Beds were very nice too! Location is super nice too.

This was our first time staying here...we loved it. The beds are small, but very comfortable. It is brand new. The room has everything you could ever need...even a stove top. The ice maker is in the freezer...it can be a little loud. All you have to do is let it fill...then turn it off. You do have to bring all your kitchen utensils, plates, pans, cups, etc. For the money...it's true hands down winner.

During the recent power outage, I booked a 2 night stay here. This is a newer hotel, with plenty of restaurant options if you need to grab a bit to eat. Staff is super friendly, the room was very clean. Full kitchen was a surprise, but no dishes / flatware included. Not sure why paper / plastic and basic cookware couldn't be included for extended stay clients. There was a small usb dock by the bed to charge your phones / tablets. Great water pressure and clean bathroom. Now for the nitpick - the bed was too soft for me. I prefer a firmer mattress, which this was not. Also, there's no free breakfast. Instead, they have a limited menu of items for 5 bucks that will be delivered to your room. Overall, it is a nice hotel, and as an added bonus, it is dog friendly.

Ok, first let me caveat. I hav3 not done extended stay in awhile. I am typically a marriott guest. I’m a silver elite there. People were nice at the location. But, there were no dishes, pans or cutlery. I asked why, and was told you need pay extra for those things if desired. I probably would have stayed elsewhere if that was called out upfront, in an eas5 to see way. I went through booking.com.
