This is absolutely a perfect resort! The only thing missing was an icecream parlor! We made last minute reservations and they were VERY accommodating. I loved the personalized attention & world-class service I received from the front desk staff. Our condo was very clean & comfortable. The housekeeping were friendly, efficient, precise and cheerful! We had a great view of...

The lodge has lots of employees to tend to the golf course and lots of golf carts to check out. Someone was also down by the marina to check out a canoe or kayak. Our kayak was missing one cushion. The first room we stayed in was a golf unit and was OK. The fitted didn't completely cover the mattress,...

When you first see the resort, it looks like family vacation resort. Tennis courts, boats, beaches. I recently stayed here for business but had my family along as well and it is an incredible business resort as well. They can do everything a downtown hotel can do and much more. They have great food options, meeting spaces, and can even...

Sugar Lake Lodge is a beautiful property, located on the sandy shores of Sugar Lake. They have activities for everyone to enjoy: paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, swimming (sandy beach or pool), bocce ball, volleyball, croquet, or strolling the spacious (and well manicured) grounds. They have adirondack chairs on small docks at the water's edge to enjoy the beauty of the...

Was here last May for a State Convention and has a great time. We stayed in one of the three bedroom cabins. There was plenty of space. We also had a wonderful view. It was a little difficult to get to the main building when it was raining but we made it. I believe we are headed back there next...

I stayed in one of the Golf Course Villas for eighteen nights while working in the area. The villa itself was quite nice and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would not hesitate to return if my travels brought me this direction in the future.

We spent 5 days and 4 nights here for a work conference, so not sure if it would correlate specifically for a family experience. I know they have plenty of activities available; golf, tennis, canoeing, biking, fishing (of course), and other sports. The views from the lodge or from most places on the hilltop grounds are great. While we were...

From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcome and like the staff truly wants to make your stay one of the best possible experiences. The rooms are large and well maintained. The setting is amazing with great views and lots of amenities. Stayed in the hotel section and it felt like being at a cabin. Just one...

Call of the loons can be heard every day as we read books on our two-person deck in front of our cabin or kayaked out near the eagle nest. Beautiful hillside of flower gardens lead up to the expansive deck overlooking the lake front. The staff in the lodge go out of their way to help you feel comfortable....we love...

A very picturesque and cosy place to have some fun playing golf or water sports. The rooms are large although somewhat cold with noisy AV systems. You can rent various types of boats and surf the very nice Sugar lake.
