Just spent the weekend at this wonderful B&B! Susie & Steve were amazing hosts and made us feel very welcome and at home. No detail was spared - home-baked cookies always available, personalized note in our room, candle in our dessert (celebrating our anniversary), wine glasses in the room, electric fireplace in the room just to make it extra cozy,...

We have just returned from a very special trip to Lanesboro. Our daughter has an exhibit of paintings at the art center so we went down for her opening reception. The best decision that we made was to stay at Anna V's. Susie and Steve are the most gracious hosts. From the moment you walk in the front door, it...

My wife and I recently spent four nights at Anna V’s. What a great experience! The house itself is gorgeous; all period furniture in an early 19th century house on a quiet street in Lanesboro. We saw all of the bedrooms. Each is unique and very comfortable. The room in which we stayed featured a two-person whirlpool tub in the...

We visited in July and it was our first bed and breakfast experience. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and top notch personalized service. Susie and Steve were truly remarkable. The food was all local and fresh (nothing from the grocery store) and prepared to individual tastes. We spoke with other guests at breakfast who were all...

You couldn't find a more welcoming and excellent B&B than Annie V's. We stayed in the wonderful and spacious Brooklyn Suite with every amenity you can imagine. We could almost live there! The unique porch on the 2nd floor is delightful both afternoon and before bed. Breakfast with several courses including local foods was outstanding too. Be sure to plan...

Once again Susie and Steve at Anna V's made our trip to Laneboro a memorable experience. We stayed in the Brooklyn Suite and it was comfortable, cozy and relaxing. Before our day of biking we were served a fabulous breakfast. It was several courses of homemade delights made with ingredients from local farms. After our bike ride we relaxed on...

If you're looking for a wonderful Victorian B & B with a great location, superb breakfasts, and friendly atmosphere, Steve and Susie provide all and more at Anna V's. I appreciated the breakfast descriptions every day and how they use "local" in their menus. We felt like family upon arrival. Their porches are inviting, and one quickly makes conversation with...
