I went to see my favorite band, Styx, and the sound was terrible, not a good room for a concert. People were awful, due to traffic in the cities, we arrived 10 minutes late and all the seats were taken in general admission. I am getting over a broken ankle and can't stand for long periods. There was an empty...

We have been going on a bus trip to the Casino for at least 16 years. Or recent trip was a bit disappointing. The Casino itself was fine, it didn't pay much but, sometimes you just have to donate :). We found some of the staff to be quite rude, our past experience is that the staff have been great. We...

If the price wasn't so low, I'd be angry I stayed here. This is a barely average property. My room was adequately clean, but still had loads of dust in corners and behind furniture. Non-smoking room means you shouldn't smoke in it, but it doesn't mean you won't be afforded lots of opportunities for second hand smoke. Hallways tend to...

When we have gone in the past the amenities for Birthdays were great! No this time; no free buffet for the birthday person. $5.00 off which is better than nothing but the steak was running blood; the next we tried was overdone and dried out. Used to get $20.00 in free quarters but now only $5.00. Used to get a...

Very disappointed in our last visite.March 5 , 6 and 7 th. Used to be able to get a free cup of coffee in the am when you got off the elevator. Now you have to go to Tims or walk all the way to the casino for a cup and had to use powered cream. Next NO breakfast after...

I have stayed here, often, always nice rooms, and good service, last time was for a conference in January, we were in the old part, that isn't really that old, the farthest room away, but was no big deal, someone has to get it, everything is really situated nicely, close to restaurants, pool, casino, etc, the newer part on the...

Was disappointed with stay. Rooms are mediocre to say the least, not very soundproof. We used a luggage cart for our stuff only to find that when you get off the elevator and proceed down the hallway you then have to go down 4 steps. So much for a luggage cart. Had shower at 9 am and there was no...

Just like gambling in the casino you have no clue if you will do good or not. The motel is about the same you have no clue if your room will be clean or not, well maintained or not and if you will get a good bed or not Etcetera. There is one way to better your odds of getting...

When on the gaming floor be care full not to run into employees that are standing around visiting with each other. They seen to stand behind players and comment about their weekend or after hour parties swinging keys around sometimes hitting guests while not paying attention. Also so much eating of snacks from staff while working. It's really a turnoff.
