We have gone to the Inn for lunch. Jim and Nancy are excellent hosts. There is several choices for the meal. It's delicious, and presented in an appealing manner. It's relaxing and peaceful and the dining room is welcoming with elegance

Though the years are showing, the location, peacefulness and rooms are still lovely. Jim and Nancy are great hosts. We've stayed several times and I always ache a bit when it's time to leave. There is ongoing upkeep and exterior needs painting, overall it's a wonderful experience.

My friends and I like to have lunch at the Inn's dining room in the summer. They have several meal options for $9.95 plus tax; beverage extra. They always offer a quiche, soup, sandwich, and Swedish meatballs as well as other daily specials. Meals are served with freshly baked rolls, salad, sherbet and cookie. If you have a special occasion...

I had the privilege of spending a night here on Tuesday 4/12/16. I was in the area to hunt the northern lights (there was high activity predicted this night). My gosh, I can't say enough about the owners, Nancy and Jim. They absolutely went above and beyond to accommodate me, recommending a room with best viewing for the Aurora (they...

We were spending a week visiting my parents, and had an opportunity to leave our daughter with them and have a night to ourselves. It was off-season, so it was pretty quiet. We had a nice view of the lake. The rooms were quite nice. Breakfast was good, we were serve pain perdu, a french bread pudding with fruit. The...

We arrived at the inn on a cold and rainy August afternoon. Our innkeepers, Nancy and Jim, were warm and welcoming--as were our lovely rooms. The evening meal was delicious, as was breakfast and the traditional Sunday chicken dinner with scrumptious lemon meringue pie. We loved everything about our stay at The Inn at Maple Crossing. My mother stayed in...

My son and I spent a full week as guests of Nancy and Jim. Our stay was wonderful in every way. Our days began with an amazing breakfast served with a side of anecdotes, complements of Jim. Nancy was the perfect hostess in every way. The Inn boasts a lovely library filled with a wonderful assortment of books and games....

Booked the dining room for a small gathering. Could barely get in contact to confirm details several months in advance. Tried reaching out many times to go over details and would rarely hear back. There was very poor communication on when and what would be happening at this event. Staff serving at the event were rude and impolite. I had...

We stayed here for 2 nights in June 2015 and had a great experience. Wonderful food, warm and gracious hosts and staff, clean and comfortable room in a gorgeous setting. We are so happy that this old place was saved from the wrecking ball and beautifully renovated. They also do a Sunday chicken and lemon meringue pie dinner (at 1:00)...

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and have been back periodically since. Low tech (blessedly) and charming, it is an excellent get-a-way from the world. It is situated on Maple Lake which is quite populated, but while you are here, it doesn't seem to matter.

“This is a bed and breakfast. Ask to see the rooms. Some have small balconies. It is a historical building, so it does have it's creaky floorboards, which adds to the charm.”

“For a "sister" trip, Christiana's Room was perfect (2 twin beds). Each room is different and decorated uniquely - check out the website. My sister has stayed in several and loved them all. If stairs are an issue, call ahead and ask Nancy or Jim about which rooms are on the main floor or 2nd floor. Christiana's Room is on the top floor, so we got our workout in!”
