Great location. Beautiful room with a view. Friendly staff (Minnesota nice, ya know!). Clean room with comfortable beds. I REALLY THINK THEY SHOULD VALIDATE PARKING. We ate at Hells Kitchen. Awesome! Great shopping area.

The rooms have blackout curtains and even my room which was by the elevator was perfectly quiet. I received cookies and water upon arrival, and their desk staff even text you in advance to see if you need anything. I was a little sad they didn't have a pool, but given that I was there for business I didn't have...

Bed is the best thing. Luke warm shower. Restaurant was open when? Starbucks open maybe? I don't know just general disappointment. Trying to come up with 200 words is difficult. So cold out revolving door didn't work.....And no sign saying it wasn't working!!!!! So I just got stuck in there pushing the door. Guy at front desk did say sorry.

Dear TripAdvisor Member, Thank you for your feedback regarding the water in your guest room. We’re sorry we didn’t provide you with the high quality amenities that you deserve. We know how important a hot shower is, and your comments will help us make it right for future guests. As well, I regret that our revolving door was inoperable and...

A very nice hotel a block from Nicollet Ave, two blocks from Orchestra Hall. It was convenient to be able to stroll the Mall, shop, and just people-watch. The room had a nice seating area with television away from the bed, so if one person woke up before the other they could go there to read or watch TV. The...

Clean, quiet room with lovely staff; nearby eateries/pub and steps from Orchestra Hall. Only disappointment was parking ramp: full when we arrived and no warning that was a possibility, as it is a public ramp. Beware, the Target Center lot requires a 4:30am departure or you will pay $21 rather than the $6 quoted by the desk staff.

Very friendly hotel! Staff was so helpful and amazing. Rooms are nicely updated. Very contemporary and comfortable. Love that it is connected to a Starbucks and restaurant. Excellent location and close to everything downtown.

Whenever I stay in downtown Minneapolis - it is always the Doubletree. Period. The hotel is just steps away from Nicollet Mall and well, everything else for that matter. The rooms are always immaculate and higher end. Honestly, in all of my stays I have never dined at this hotel, so I cannot comment on that-usually dine over at Manny's...

I usually stay at the double tree while in Minneapolis. It is well located in downtown and easy access to anywhere. The staff is terrific. Friendly, helpful, always have the customer in mind. Food is very good for a hotel too. Nice bar/bartender is on point! Rooms are a bit older, but still well maintained. Overall, a very comfortable place...

Prompt resolution of our broken room heater. The desk was courtesy and sent the tech right up. He even called his dad to get advice! His dad was a retired tech for the hotel. Had to love that. And he apologized for the inconvenience, which you sure don't hear every day.

I stayed here with my husband on NYE. It was our first year as a married couple and I had some Hilton points that I wanted to use and we thought why not go downtown for the evening? When we got to the hotel, the location was perfect for our needs and we were able to walk everywhere on that...
