Loved this hotel! Greeted immediately by the friendly ladies at the front desk. Galie was wonderful, they gave us excellent service from the moment we walked in(sorry can't remember other ladies name). Galie also gave great recommendations and set us up with some really nice restaurants and great food! Loved the location, walking distance to so many fun bars &...

Ever since we have stepped foot in the Hotel Ivy we've never looked elsewhere. The Ivy is the Ferrari of hotels at Cadillac prices, but beyond that, the staff have treated us like Old Friends, warm and snuggly, always with a smile, and there's nothing they can't accommodate. They always remember us! Beautiful hotel and the rooms are always pristine....

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last few years when staying in downtown Minneapolis. It is easily accessible and close to the convention center, but a bit a of jaunt from the stadiums and trendy areas of downtown. Rooms are always clean and cozy, and the Spa Club is great for both working out and pampering...

I travel the world and stay at numerous hotels. The Ivy is on another level. From the great food, to the luxurious rooms... I've yet to find anything better. Galie was very helpful and made me feel like I was royalty. Anytime I visit the twin cities the ONLY place i'll ever stay is Hotel Ivy.

Hotel Ivy is a beautiful property and definitely the nicest hotel in Minneapolis. Location is great and service is spectacular. Staff at front desk, particularly Galie, are incredibly helpful and always accommodating of last minute needs. One of the best hotel service experiences I've had in my travels.

Hotel Ivy is without question one of the nicest, if not the nicest hotel in the Twin Cities. It's so close to everything but yet just off the beaten path enough anyone that requires peace can have that. The staff is always accommodating with great customer service. The rooms are absolutely the best!! Very classy and modern. The bars and...

My husband and I decided to go downtown Minneapolis for a belated Valentine's Day date and Hotel Ivy went above and beyond any expectations we had. From the moment we arrived, we were given VIP customer service. Galie and Sarah at the front desk were exceptional. They made us feel so valued as guests, and truly helped make this experience...

While it's easy to see how nice the property and amenities are at this location, the people take it one step further. Every request is treated as the staff's obligation to make your experience perfect. Galie J is always smiling and willing to go the extra mile to make my stay special. I would not stay anywhere else in Minneapolis!

The Hotel Ivy has been my go to hotel in Minneapolis. The rooms are perfectly comfortable, and the staff is fantastic!! They go above and beyond to ensure that the guests are having a wonderful stay. The Monello restaurant in the hotel is great to dine in as well. Hands down, the best hotel in the city!
