Stayed her last weekend when visiting Exton for a friends wedding. We stayed in a large comfortable room. Great breakfast and Tim was very friendly and helpful and was able to recommend a perfect walk and pub on Dartmoor before the wedding.

Tim is a good host in a modern b and b. The facilities are very clean and the food is excellent. We live in the village of Exton and use this accommodation whenever friends or family come to stay. Would recommend highly.

Having just returned from a weekend stay at Riverdown i wanted to say what a superb place this is. Tim and Jan are great hosts, leave you alone but always there if you need them. Riverdown is hidden away but a real Gem, we had a lovely double room with patio doors out to a terrace with table and chairs,...

We took one look and extended our stay. Spacious elegant ground floor room in a lovely house with equally lovely garden. Small patio are outside meant we could sit out in the sun. Great place just to stop and relax for a day or two. Thanks for a lovely stay. It was a highlight of our rather hectic holiday.

Breakfasts were well cooked and presented and we also had use of the breakfast room/sitting room and were able to make hot drinks and use the fridge. It...

The Pros: Lovely house, great room A very nice host A well cocked breakfast. The Cons: Driving direction before hand would have been very nice to have The small path leading to the house can do with a bit of hedge trimming as my rather large car can scratches all over it's sides Being a geek I need internet connection...
