We spent a lovely week in this beautiful Chambres d'hote. Our two rooms were extremely spacious, and attractive, and with one we had a beautiful shady terrace where we enjoyed several picnic lunches. And the garden is lovely and very peaceful. Annick and Michel, our hosts, could not have been friendlier or more helpful and they made us delicious breakfasts...

We needed a nice quiet place to “escape” from our nearby-village’s all-night-rave weekend which [unfortunately!] takes place in the Square outside our bedroom window – and we certainly found what we were looking for. Annick & Michel’s Le Clos de la Fontaine is lovely - just EXACTLY what we wanted. Everything was perfect; beautiful, friendly, comfy, relaxed, perfect breakfasts, lots...

Our hosts, Michel and Annick gave us a very warm welcome and led us through the immaculate garden (complete with sparkling pool ) to our large room on the ground floor. It was really unusual - comfortable but quirky with wonderful original features like an enormous fireplace in the room. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent and the confiture deliciously...

Annick and Michele welcomed us like family. Beautiful and charming countryside bed and breakfast. They also offer home cooked dinners two nights a week. They support local artists by displaying the artwork in the guest rooms, lobby and dining room. This is what a bed and breakfast is meant to be - genuine hospitality, great food, comfortable accommodations, and a...

The hosts, Annick and Michael are extremely welcoming and very helpful with hints of places to go and see in the area. The meal cooked by Michael was absolutely delicious...

Our family and friends stayed at Michel & Annick’s beautiful home in July 2013 when our daughter was getting married in Uzes. Their stay could not have been nicer. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the stay was beautifully quiet and restful. In addition, Michel & Annick could not have been more helpful and the breakfasts that they provided were...

Superb in every respect. Excellent situation in a charming, historic village and convenient for visits to Uzès; very good food, interesting works of art, which added a further dimension to our enjoyment; very spacious and comfortable rooms; a beautiful enclosed garden; and friendly and accommodating hosts. As a bonus, on one evening, we enjoyed a very lively dinner with the...

From the first moment we arrived (and I know this sounds corny) it was as if we were meeting old friends. This despite the language gap (but they displayed endless patience and almost enjoyment of our attempts at French). We used to leave an hour later than planned every day because we were talking round the breakfast table. The renaissance...
