A few friends and I stayed in Rochester for the night and we would definitely recommend the Marriott. Rooms are great and The swimming pool area was just delightful. Not to mention that on that night there was a free concert right next to the hotel! We definitely enjoy the ambience. Staff is most serviceable and you can find restaurants...

The family stayed here for three nights. We got a double queen and the beds were very comfy, especially the pillows! The layout of the room was very modern and being on the 6th floor made the kids more excited. Restaurants and shops are nearby and just a short walk to. The skyway was also appreciated because of the really...

I apologize for taking so long to write another review. A month ago a stayed at this fine hotel for a Mayo Clinic appointment. It was wonderful to be greeted by such welcoming staff. The problem came after my appointment when the doctor though I was having a stroke. Fortunately, Glenn was working! I got my bag from the hotel,...

We had the most upbeat staff who really cared about us and our situation and reason for staying there. The rooms were lovely and i certainly appreciated the help with the WiFI! Food was always good! We will always make this our hotel of choice.

Two very big problems. Restaurant and noise. The hotel is next to the plaza that always has a function going. So from noon to 6 every day (and sometimes afterward) there is very loud music coming through the windows. Not the level that can be blocked by curtains or turning up the TV. The worst was the Zumba class every...

This property has a staffing issue, and unfortunately, we could not get our room cleaned this past weekend. We left our room at 11:00 am on Saturday with one housekeeper just a few doors down. When we returned to our room at 1:00 pm, there was no housekeeper or cart in sight, so I called down to the Front Desk...

I stayed with my dad and his caregiver while going to appointments at Mayo. We had two beautiful connecting rooms. One was a king bed and the other two queen beds. The pillows were awesome. Everything new and updated. Mini frig and microwave free. Employees at the hotel were all very helpful, friendly and eager to help us. The hotel...

I'm a huge fan of Marriott. And, this Marriott is part of the reason. The rooms work well, the staff is lovely and accommodating. The concierge lounge is well appointed and works well for people who are here either for the Mayo Clinic or business. And, best of all you can get to every Clinic building and nearby shops and...

It was time form follow up visit following surgery in March. As usual the staff including John at the front desk and all of the bellmen were extremely professional, pleasant and totally available for all my requests. The concierge room was back to its old place thank goodness. Last visit in March, we were forced to eat by the pool....

Let me start off by praising this gem of a hotel which gives you such a good feeling to check into after a long flight to Minneapolis (where most people land to come to Mayo Clinic) or to those landing directly in Rochester. The check in process smooth and without any frills, staff excellent, welcoming you with a smile and...
