Yes we do have a jaccuzi in our pool area along with a sauna, pool and kiddie pool. If you plan on using points you should make your reservation through our 800 center, 800-333-3333. We do offer upgrades to our Club Carlson members at check in. I don't have a Business class lounge but we do have a Starbucks and a great restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner called Axel's. We look forward to seeing you and safe travels!
