Located right on Lake Superior and butting up along the Cross River, Lamb's Resort is in an excellent location. We booked late but still were able to get what we felt was a good campsite - close enough to restrooms/showers and the shore. The bathrooms were decent campground bathrooms. The showers were decent too and would have a line at...

This past MEA weekend (October 20-23), we rented a lake cabin for ourselves (my wife and myself) and a 2nd one for our older daughter, her husband and two sons. Younger daughter, husband, children and dogs, stayed in their motor home in the Lamb's Resort campground. Resort Staff is fabulous! Cabins are cozy, but fully equipped with kitchen, stove, oven,...

Lambs is a great place to get som R&R on the shore of Lake Superior, amenities are very nice ! We've been going there for a few years now and even got married at Father Baragas cross on the mouth of the Cross river ! Lambs is imbedded in our lives !

Stayed here for several years now. Many sites are lakeside and have awesome views! Most sites are primitive but the views make up for the lack of electricity and water hookups. There is a shower house and flush toilets plus plenty of outhouses throughout the campground. There are also cabins but have to had the opportunity to stay in them...

I have camped here several times with friends over the past few years. Never disappointed with the spectacular views of Lake Superior. NOTE: This is a rustic campground with limited amenities so if you are looking for fancy comfort this may not be for everyone.

This is a good place to camp if you want to be right on Lake Superior. Most campsites are well spaced and some are right on the lake shore. There are a few full hook-ups, and many sites with water/electric. There's lots of shade and fair interior roads. Note that there is no dump station. The restrooms are nice and...

We stayed in campsite 11 in an RV. We had a partial view of Lake Superior and was greeted with a much needed warm welcome on our late arrival due to vehicle issues (crabby and tuckered by then). The weather was warm with a light breeze and we landed in a clean, functional (water, electric, spacious) site. It was lightly...

80 miles from Duluth and 66 miles to Grand Portage. Lamb's Resort is a great midway place to stay while exploring the North Shore. Some of the campsites are less than 10 feet from Lake Superior! Lots of kids here - it appears to be a popular place for family reunions. The midnight noise from hwy. 61 was a bit...

Upon arrival, we were treated so hospitably by the 2 women in the office. They couldn't have been more friendly or knowledgeable. They greeted us like long time family and it was the first time our family had been there! We camped. The campsites are adequate. We had site 59A and it had direct access to the lake. We liked...

The camp sites are very close to one another. The lakeside sites have better access to the lake but only few has better view. The firepalce has no grill over it and varies in size with respect to sites. To summarize, it is pet friend,ly camp ground with access to beautiful beach and scenic Lake Superior
