Nice little cabin on a pretty lake. It was great to have the boats available and we mostly took out the canoe to chase after loons. Hung the hammock, use the grill to cook dinner, played cards around the fire and danced on the cabin's wood floor. We loved it. Ed - who was there as caretaker was only too... More

I was worried after reading the last review....turns out the grass was longer as the owners had put new sod in. Hard wood floor were nicely finished. Place was clean and the fishing was good. My son caught a 4lb bass. Kids loved the kayaks and paddle bots. Would not hesitate to revisit.

Stayed there for a weekend. The lawn wasn't mowed. The door on the cabin was broken. The chairs were dirty and the grills were thrift store value. Paid a lot of money for this run down " resort". I think there is plenty better.

I also read the 'horrible place' review before I left and was very worried. my wife and I and our 8yrold, are PCA and my parents all were expecting hopefully good things. This was are first trip as a family to Clearwater resort. We stayed in the A-frame cabin, and we couldn't have been more pleased. The view was outstanding,... More

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend in May. Although the place was okay I’m not 100% sure I would stay here again. The owners were very nice and friendly and responsive to our needs, however the cottage itself wasn’t in the best of shape. We stayed in a two bedroom cottage which according to the owner was nicer than... More

I read the 'horrible place' review before we left and I was TERRIFIED about staying there. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. We stayed in two of the A-frames for two nights and it was very clean and we never saw a mouse. The only complaint was the air conditioning wasn't that great on the first level in... More

This place was easily one of the worst places i've ever stayed at for three main reasons. 1...... The huge, huge, huge discrepancy between what was advertised and what was actually available. Very very run down and uncared for units. the units were shown to be quite amazing and beautiful, decks, pool and well kept units. BUT one deck was... More
