Great attention to every detail making the experience wonderful. The breakfast was a wonderful experience with the chef which sets this B & B apart from the rest. Having a fireplace in the room was a special treat too.

The greeting appetizers and wine were wonderful. The room was very beautiful. We were disappointed that the "private" bath meant there was a curtain segregating the toilet, not a room with a door. The hot water was plentiful and filled the large tub in the room with ease. We slept long and hard forgetting about stress and everyday chores. We...

This was a hard rating to give because our opinion of this B & B changed dramatically when we were served our breakfast. First off, the room was gorgeous. We stayed in the Oscar Wilde suite, which gave us extra privacy as it is located in the carriage house (only one other couple roomed over there). The grounds were lovely,...

My husband and I first stayed here on our wedding night 6 years ago, and have spent four out of five anniversaries here since then. It is, in my opinion, unparalleled. We typically stay in one of the Carriage House suites (Agatha Christie or Oscar Wilde), because you get more space and a larger, fancier bathroom... but the main house...

We stayed in the Oscar Wilde Suite in the Carriage House which provided a little more privacy and loved the drinks and coffee that were available at all...

We enjoyed our time at Rivertown. The greetings when we arrived was fantastic, got settled in our room and came down for appetizers and good wine. Went to dinner and had a wonderful walk by the river. We came back to the B and B, had some tasty snicker doodle cookies and some tea. Our room was very neat, wonderful...

This is an amazing property with beautiful architecture and landscaping. We stayed in the Agatha Christie Grand Suite to celebrate our 12th wedding anniversary. We've never stayed at a B&B before but I'm thinking we'll have pretty high standards thanks to this trip. It was such a great overall experience and so much different from staying in a hotel. One...
