Recently stayed in Room 225 for a night with my wife. This historic hotel is definitely high on charm, with a great-looking exterior and lots of woodwork and historical decor. The staff was VERY friendly and the location of the hotel (within easy walking distance to the historic downtown) made it a great "base" for our trip to Stillwater. That...

The room was modest size, and decorated in Victorian fashion. Rather charming. Parking was a pain. There is a small parking ramp next door, and a door accessing the Inn on the second floor. You take the ticket you have just gotten downstairs to the front desk and he gives you a prepaid ticket. Up, down, up, down. The place...

Very nice. The hotel staff was small and kind. I think they had a bit of trouble with upkeep. The hotel was pretty clean and well worth the money. Our room was cute and small we enjoyed it. I loved the historic aspect and the fact that the the hall was connected to the parking area. Recommended!!

We stayed in the 'new' section. Rooms were very nice and clean and sufficiently large. Service was pretty decent, though we waited about 10 minutes at the front desk to check in. And the free 'coffee' available on the second floor is absolutely undrinkable! But overall, we had a good stay and would stay there again.

Absolutely perfect historic getaway experience. Interesting and unique room furnishings. Lobby, dining area and meeting rooms were like stepping back in time. Everything was very clean. Service was excellent--friendly and warm. Dining was more than fine. The food was outstanding. Best I have had anywhere and I travel the U.S. We look forward to the next time!

We had a room in the new section, it was nice , but small, the people working were friendly and had good advice for local spots to try. The restaurant on site had a good breakfast, many locals seemed to fill the place. Overall I would say it was nothing fancy, but a quaint historic hotel in a fun little...

We rented this room over 4th of July weekend 2015.as you can see from previous reviews this place is poorly managed and the sanitation in these rooms are appalling. For the amount of money asked to rent a room things should be pristine.they are not.management does not care about your well being either.my wife was having breathing issues because of...

Enjoyed the room, staff, parking accomodations, excellent food in the hotel restaurant, but did have a problem with our missing notepad cover ( of which we are especially fond of and has special meaning for us). The staff was able to recover it and mailed it back to us. This was very much appreciated.

I have stayed in historic hotels before but never one like this one... it is very eclectic and laid back. Staff is friendly and happy to help. We were there early in the week so it was very quiet. With a bit of freshening up this hotel could be fantastic.

My niece held her reception at the Lowell Inn. The room was very nice, clean, up-dated and, due to the nice weather, the guests also enjoyed the lovely patio/fountain area outside. The staff was efficient and helpful. The food was good too. I didn't stay at the hotel (signed up too late), but we did check out the lobby and...
