Friends gave my new wife & me four nights in Cabin 6, part of the only multi-guest cabin on the property. But, we felt like the cabin was only ours. We were greeted by the owner, Karen, and her very friendly dog, Lucy, when we drove up to check in, and we felt welcome throughout our stay. The cabin was...

Stayed in the bottom side of a 4 plex. Very clean, full kitchen and fireplace. Easy access to the water (Lake Superior) right in front of the cabin. Sun rise was fantastic over the lake and seen from your room. No tv in the unit we were in. Wifi was marginal as we were the furthest cabin. Bottom units can...

All of the cabins are newly renovated and very well taken care of. This area is a perfect "in between place" for spending the day in Duluth or going up to Grand Marais to spend time in their quaint shops. Gooseberry falls and Tetagouche falls are close fun destination places with hiking trails for the experienced and the novice. We...

We stayed in cabin 1. It was newly built and so clean. Seriously the cleanest place I have stayed in. It was right on the shore off by itself almost. No TV. There was other cabins available for larger groups. Very satisfied! Beautiful view...good service!

Our visit to cabin 7 for a mid-February repose was nice. While the cabin is small it is cozy and since we brought our own entertainment it was quite accommodating. Know that if you want any internet connectivity to bring your own cellular connection. WiFi is not even adequate to be called spotty. We brought a screen to do some...

Cute, clean, and cozy is how we would describe cabin #3 on the property. The cabins are located directly on Lake Superior. This was the perfect location to explore Gooseberry Falls,Tettegouche State Park, And Split Rock Lighthouse. There are also great dining locations within a 15 minutes drive of the cabins. Another highlight was being greeted by the owner's dog...

A gem on the North Shore of Lake Superior. Very peaceful, beautiful setting. Gooseberry Falls, Split Rock Lighthouse and Tettagouche State Parks close by. Winter is a beautiful time to visit here. Beautiful sunrise over the lake. Quiet. Very clean, new Cabin #1.

We stayed for two nights in Cabin #7, watching the near-full moon rise over the partially frozen lake and seeing it rise even higher outside our bedroom window throughout the night. The cabin was wonderfully quiet and cozy inside, especially while relaxing on the recliner and couch next to the gas fireplace (and there was still lots of room for...
