Desk clerk asked if we wanted to pay cash or credit card - should have been a clue. Room smelled musty, like they were covering up smoking in the room, air con was LOUD, beds uncomfortable, sheets very, very thin and too small for bed, didn't have breakfast as we wanted to get out of there. Several people loitering around - scary. Can't believe it is a Wyndham. Never again.

The tub and shower had mold and discovered bed bugs. Front desk didn't seem to care. Will not be staying at a Travelodge again.

The desk clerk wasn't friendly. We had specifically request a second floor room, and when we didn't get one, the clerk wouldn't give us an answer why.
Also the bottom of the bath tub cracked and popped when you moved your feet when you showered. I was afraid it was going to crack through. The paint in the room was very sloppily done. The caulk around the tub was done over several times, trying to hide old ugly caulk and possibly mold. The hallways looked better than our room.
The room was clean and the sheets were clean. Thats the biggest compliment I can give you. Breakfast was adequate.

The front desk (managers) was not customer friendly, as I had to ring the bell to check in even though the manager had visible contact that there were people wanting to check-in / or if there were rooms available. I will never stay at this hotel every again. Only hotel where I was charged a fee ($1/page) to fax stuff to my office during my business travels that week. The hotel need a serious upgrade.

The Travelodge in Worthington was very nice. Rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. After the long day of travel, we enjoyed a drink before dinner at the lounge. Breakfast was plentiful. I would stay there again.

Considering it was the best available for 3 nights during the Stergis Motorcycle migration it worked. Nothing fancy.

When we first arrived I was concerned with the amount of cigarette smoke smell in the hallway of the nonsmoking rooms. Our room was a pleasant surprise that it did not smell like smoke.

The ventilation comes from a rather noisy fan/air conditioner at one end of the bedroom.

The room had a door that could be opened to the room next to us, which caused a bit of a problem when people started to smoke in the non-smoking room next to us and their fan/air conditioner decided to blow their smoke through the adjoining door into our room during the middle of the night. I needed to stuff a wet towel under the door and turn our room fan on high to pressurize the room to keep the smoke out. Management seemed unconcerned when told about the smoking in the next room despite the fine they say they assess if someone smokes in a non-smoking room.

The tub is a bit light weight. You could feel it shift under your feet when you moved during taking a shower.

I feel that I have low standards for the included continental breakfast, but they managed to squeeze under my bar when I went in to eat it in the morning. I usually go for the scrambled eggs & sausage, but seeing it sitting in a refrigerated case with instructions to microwave it kind of dropped below my threshold.

Other than that, it seemed clean and the people were friendly.

It is TOTALLY not worth $95 a night. The walls are very dirty and chipped paint. It smells bad in the rooms. I had to buy some air freshener. If you are going to charge that much it better be nicer than it was. Don't plan on staying there again, Would rather pay a higher price for something nice.

Our Family stayed at the travelodge, we were from all over the country. Having the pool for the kids was wonderful. Also the restaurant and Bar the family could visit without having to leave. The staff was wonderful. Would stay there again. Thanks so much for making my mother in laws 100 Birthday such a wonderful time.

Our room was spacious, and seemed clean enough for the apparent age of the hotel. It smelled as though it had previously been a smoking room, however, so it should not have been booked as a non-smoking room. It was cold in our room so we turned on the heater. It wasn't working, but we were settling in after a long day traveling. I adjusted the controls and the room filled with a noxious scent like burning rubber. The smoke alarm went off. My girlfriend's 3 year old panicked. I dismantled the smoke alarm and called the front desk, I mean, heaters can break down and if I were a manager I'd want to know so I could get it fixed.

The clerk told me this was normal. I said that the room was uninhabitable and the clerk told me that she would send a maintenance guy, but that the smell was normal and that I should leave it on an it would "quickly go away." I told her that this was definitely not normal and that we needed a place to sleep. She offered to change rooms, but then told me again that this happens in every room and I felt she thought I was over reacting. I went to the front desk as my girlfriend and her daughter started packing up. At the desk she said that instead of changing rooms the owner himself would meet me in my room.

I met the owner in my room and he asked rhetorically what I expected him to do, that in the fall this is what heaters did. He said he could either move me to a different room or refund my money. I told him this whole ordeal was highly inconveniencing us and that we were tired from traveling and I did not appreciate him insinuating that I was a picky customer and downplaying that a heater just made the room toxic and set off the smoke alarms. I said that if he didn't have maintenance people keeping up the place then he shouldn't book the room as it was a safety hazard. By now he was yelling at me in front of my girlfriend and her 3 year old, both in their pajamas.

I escorted him to the door where he continued to yell at me. I started to raise my voice in return and told him that after all that he and his hotel put me through that I would expect at least an apology and an offer to make things right. I did not expect to be told everything was my fault and be yelled at in front of my loved ones.

He started to ask questions like, "What are you going to do, you aren't going to find a cheaper place?" I told him that at least if I had to pay more I wouldn't have the owner yelling at me and have to stay in a toxic and dangerous room. He seemed to not mind our arguing in the hallway. I realized there must be something else wrong with this man for acting so irrationally, so I wanted to just get out. I closed the door on him, booked a larger, cleaner room a few miles away for about 20% less, and went to the front desk for my refund. The clerk told me I would have to call Hotels.com to get my refund, but that she would email Hotels.com that I did not use my reservation.

The one upside: Hotels.com called me, within minutes, apologized and asked if they could help me find another hotel and refund my money. I imagine most people will never see this hotel as poorly as I did. They will probably find a shabby stinky hotel, have few problems, and go on their way, but they should know that behind the scenes is an uncaring staff with no customer service skills and a dangerous heating system.

We just spent 50 days travelling and staying in hotels. I can tell you that this hotel was the worst of the worst we stayed in.

Our hotel room had rubber mattress protectors that made noises when you moved and were hot and sweating. The bathroom shower walls had mold on them. Some of my fellow travelers' rooms had dehumidifiers because the rooms were so damp. The public bathroom across from the restaurant had fleas on the floor and the toilet was loose and I was afraid to flush it.

The morning clerk was rude and refused to open up the breakfast lounge for our group - in spite of the fact that we had an agreement to do so and after having received agreement from the day manager the night before.

We noticed that there is a new hotel across the street - save yourself go elsewhere.
