My wife and I visited the No Road Inn as part of a package deal for a 4-day walk on the Queen Charlotte Track. When we came in off the track, we were quickly greeted by Garry in painter's clothes which made it pretty evident that the owner is active in the upkeep of the inn. We appreciated the complimentary...

We loved our night enjoying the friendly atmosphere and warm hospitality in spacious and very comfortable accommodation. The outdoor bath was a real plus after a hard day's walking. Our delicious dinner showcased all the great produce New Zealand has to offer.

A fantastic welcome to a beautiful home. Great views, very comfortable bedrooms and beds, lovely decor, excellent food. Garry was very welcoming and treated us like friends in his home. Dave cooked up a storm, we had a wonderful delicious dinner, great breakfast and a big packed lunch for the trail.

My wife and I walked the "Queen Charlotte Track". Our first nights accommodation was at the "No Road Inn" We were met by Gary and David who greeted our worn out bodies with a friendly glass of wine. The remaining stay was VERY.pleasant, as we enjoyed the magnificent views, excellent bathing facilities and a wonderful meal. All this was capped...

We arrived feeling very weary after our first day on the Queen Charlotte Track, and were greeted warmly by Garry, who sat us down with a refreshing glass of Sav Blanc, before taking us to our lovely, charming room which had a large deck with the most beautiful view of the Inlet. Five minutes later we were soaking our sore...

My husband and I stayed here for one night in February 2016. We stayed in the Queen Charlotte Suite, the room is great, especially the bathroom and deck. The owners were great hosts and the food was delicious. We highly recommend it!

We (6) arrived after hiking many kilometres and were beautifully greeted with yummy bottles of Pinot Nior and Chardony and then were shown our rooms and told the hot tub was ready. Beautiful except at checkout we were charged for half the wine since there were two bottles not one! My girlfriend and I were sharing a room and were...

Who would expect absolute luxury in the "middle of beautiful bush and water?" This was an outstanding stay. Greeted with a generous glass of wine, then escorted to an absolutely stunning modern room with an amazing view. The chief delighted us with an incredible four course dinner. This experience was the best we experienced throughout our stays while walking the...

Great room, very spacious and comfortable. Not sure re the bathroom with chipped bathtub. Hated the shower with plastic curtain and wooden slats. Room really smelled of eggs on arrival, couldn't understand why until we discovered we had to cook our own breakfast from a cupboard in the room ie including boiled eggs. Dinner no choice so suggest going to...

Hello Jillshippey, Thanks for taking the time to post a review for us, We can only apologise for the chips in the bathtub, which will be repaired while we are closed for the winter. The curved wooden slats over the whole floor in your private bathrooms allow the water to drain away leaving the floor dry to walk on and...

This was our first stop on the Queen Charlotte Track. Gary was extremely welcoming when we arrived a bit weary after our first 14km walk. This is like a home away from home. Gary was so inviting treating us like friends and had a lovely casual approach. Our room was large with every possible thing thought off. Large bath to...
