Most hotels won't rent to anyone under 18 as you have to be a legal adult to assume responsibility for any damages. Since the majority of hotels are individually owned and operated you would have to check with them to see what their specific policy is. Some won't rent to anyone who lives within 25-50 miles from the hotel but it depends on who owns it and their individual policy.
